The What- Not Shop has only been open a few days this winter due to lack of sun! We don't have heat in the building and depend on the warm sun to make the store tolerable temperature-wise. Since we haven't been open are sales are way down while our inventory continues to skyrocket. We are holding a storewide clearence to make room for some of our new merchandise to move from the warehouse into the actual store. Please drop by 6062 Main Street in Tannersville and see what kind of deal you can make! The What Not Shop has not been open a lot lately and we do apologize for that but the shop has no heat. The only way we can tolerate the cold in the store is by having total sun shinning in the south window which is from about 11 Am until 3 PM. If you are around the area and would like to browse please call 518-545-9837 and someone can be there in about 10 minutes. We do have a great inventory including great gifts fior the Holidays and all year 'round.

The What Not Shop has some great items just waiting for the right owner. All of our merchandise is not at the store but in our "warehouse" jsut up the hill from the store. We need space so are making some great deals. Items include a loveseat and sofa in excellent condition, a recliner also in great condition but missing three "buttons" on the front ( purely cosmetic), a beautiful bench/storage space, china cabinet, a set of blueish-silver chairs, jeans in like new condition, shoes that are new and plates and glasses in singles, sets of four, sets of six and larger sets which we will break up if you don't need that manyand lots of items too numerous to mention. Please drop by , help us reduce our inventory and help support The Mt Top Small Animal Sanctuary who recieves ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE STORE. The What Not Shop which is run to help support The Mountain Top Small Animal Sanctuary is having a HUGH BLOWOUT SALE this weekend, May 10, 11 and 12 and next weekend May 17, 18 and 19. What's on sale? Over 1000 DVD's, CD's and Videos at $1.00 each!!!!!!! Every DVD, CD or Video that you purchase for $1 will help to feed the animals here at The Sanctuary and those still out there in need. DON'T MISS OUT on your favorites.........come on in to The What Not Shop, 6062 Main Street, Tannersville, NY!!!!!! There are many other items, 1000's of items in the store and we're ready to make deals on all of them plus everything that is in our "warehouse". Way overstocked.

More great items just arrived in the last week including beautiful Mexican pottery, a plastic storage unit, a unique wicker plant stand, several beautiful pieces of glassware including a large Tiffany bowl still in it's box and Farberware, also still in it's box, a totally unique jeweled ashtray , glasses commemorating The Belmont, Preakness and Kentucky Derby, glasses from Saratoga Raceway, and a beautiful handblown cobalt blue vase. There are many other new items at The What-Not Shop including boxes of games and toys for children of all ages and special items in the clothing section for women. We are constantly expanding so please stop by and see "what's new!!!!". We also have a great sofa and loveseat in our warehouse just up the street.......will try to get photos this week .........but ask to see the set and all the other items still stored away!!!!! You will truely be pleasantly surprised.

The What-Not Shop continues to expand in order to raise funding for the Mt Top Small Animal Sanctuary and to have exactly what you are looking for. We now carry jeans for men and women, picnic baskets for the summer crowd, figurines( including Goebels),1/18 sclae model motorcycles, a full line of jewelry, wedding items, $1 items, antiques and everything in between the two. We have regular chairs, folding chairs, kitchen stools, other smaller pieces of furniture and a must for summer.........Skin-So-Soft to help protect against insects!!!! If you don't see what you want in our store located at 6062 Main Street in Tannersville please ask if we might have it in our "warehouse", a two car garage located just around the corner. Some of the items you will find there are the larger items that won't fit in the store like a just in couch and matching loveseat, a recliner, bar stools,large suitcases, and many, many more items..........the "warehouse is FULL !!!!! Some of the Goebels just in include.........

As of April 21., 2018 in addition to carrying thier usual assortment of what-not, The What- Not Shop, 6062 Main Street in Tannersville will also be carrying special gifts for Mother's Day which is only two weeks away. Jewelry, colognes, scented bath soaps, candles and much more. Lots of NEW What-Not as well !!!!

Hello from The What Not Shop!!!! We would like to tell you some things you may not already know about us. All proceeds from the Shop go directly to The Mountain Top Small Animal Sanctuary to help the animals who call that thier home and for those who will be coming in this spring. We do accept donations of good re-sellable items in the shop. Anything from furniture to figurines to plates, mugs, collectibles, costume jewelry, anything that can be resold. Since the Sanctuary is a not for profit organization and the What Not Shop is actually owned by The Sanctuary your donations to us are tax deductible. If you are giving items away free or dreading the thought of hauling everything out to a yard sale this spring or just don't know what to do with an item please think of us and the animals you will be helping by donating to us. The What-Not -Shop is having a tough time staying open this year since we depend entirely on the sun for heat but when we are open it's well worth your time to stop by and see what we have to offer. We try to be there every Friday, Saturday and Sunday but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. Items range from $1 to $150 for some of the furniture and we have a bit of everything in between. We have an abundance of kitchen items including sets of dishes, cups and glasses as well as mismatched plates and glasses, a large box of electronics we would like to sell as a bundle, dolls, model cars, jewelry for Valentine's Day, collectibles, jeans, jackets, ski gloves and hats, a bridal section, home decor, houses from the David Winter collection and since all proceeds from the store go to The Mt Top Small Animal Sanctuary you really need to visit our pet section complete with carriers, cages, brushes, collars, dishes and many other item for your furry friend. If you are in town on a day we are not open please feel free to call us at 518-589-5760 or 518-545-9837 and someone will be there within minutes to let you in and allow you to browse the entire store. Remember........all proceeds from the store go to The Mountain Top Small Animal Sanctuary.....every time you purchase an item in the store you help a homeless animal. The What Not Shop is ready for you this July 4th weekend with coolers, camp chairs, camp tables, BBQ utensils, flashlights, pots and pans suitable for cookouts,camp blankets for those chilly nights, a sleeping bag for an unexpected guest and Skin So Soft to repell all the unwanted insect guests. Check us out at 6062 Main Street in Tannersville, noon to 4 PM or later.We also have furniture, microwaves, and decorative items as well as dishes, glasses, lamps , mirrors and collectibles. Something for everyone!!!!!

Now selling blond kitchen table and 4 chairs. Table is 41" in diameter and 29" high. Chairs match the table..blond and white. A great set for $140. Cross posted on several sites so should go fast!!!!
