Hello! I would like you to meet Snowball! This handsome guy is a 11 year old grade quarter horse. He stands at 15 hh and is very sweet. Snowball came to us in mid April for some early training. He can be a little shy around new people but tries his best to please. After working with him for a week, snowball showed signs of lameness. After a visit to the vet, we found that a ganglion cyst was the problem. It was surgically removed and he was put on a few weeks of rest. After recovery time was over, he started slowly working again but was not fully sound. The vet recommended more rest time. Because of continued rest time, Snowball is out of the competition to continue his recovery. He is now with another foster family who will take over his page to share more about him.
He is a wonderful boy who loves cookies and attention!
