For those who don't already know, Canine Support Teams specializes in rescuing dogs and putting them through an extensive training program to mold them into the very best good boys and girls around! After this training, the dogs are paired with an owner who requires the specialized skillset of a service dog. 🐕‍🦺

Hi friends and family! We are holding our first ever candle class on July 15th in old town Temecula at Hammer & Stain Inland Empire from 10am-2pm. We will be using pet-safe clean fragrance oils that come in 12 different options, so you can customize your candle to your liking! This event will be a fundraiser, as we'll be donating 30% of total sales to the rescue, Canine Support Teams. They will be bringing their service dogs, as that is what their rescue focuses on. Food and alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic drinks will be provided, and you can also BYOB and BYOW. No hard liquor please! This event will be 13yrs+. Tickets are $50 per person, and seats are limited. Please reach out to me with your name and email if you'd like to join! Country Jack's Kettle Corn LLC will also be there selling many different flavors of their delicious kettle and popcorn 🍿 if you can't join our class, stop by to grab your snacks!

We hope to keep this as an in-stock item as often as possible! Our last paw dough bowl candles only lasted 6 DAYS!!! Hopefully we can get these into more hands sooner than later. We offer this style in two different scent options: lemongrass, eucalyptus, clary sage, or lavender, chamomile, lemon, vanilla. Purchasing one of these unique pieces allows you to bring it back to us to clean them out free of charge, or we can refill them to look new again at $30 each refill. Hey cat folks 😼 we see you. Take a whiff of our updated Merry Meow: the only candle we make with 5 different essential oils! All oils in this blend are: Grapefruit, Peppermint, Rosemary, Catnip, and Valerian essential oils. As always, all oils used are perfectly safe for aromatherapy benefits, but may not be recommended to apply directly on your feline. This scent is best described as a lightly sweet citrus with minty and herbal notes. Come check it out at the Warner Springs Art & Wine Trail this Saturday from 10am-5pm. We'll see you there! 😻

HAPPY SATURDAY! Come on down to where we're bringing our newest creation: Tender Paws! This paw balm is safe to use on dogs AND cats! Use it on their paws, nose, and any dry skin areas. It contains olive oil, sunflower oil, h**p seed oil, mango butter, alcohol-free rosemary extract, alcohol-free bee propolis, and beeswax of course! We wanted to talk about our beeswax and where it's sourced. We believe in animal rights and do not support cruelty of any kind. Our beeswax is sourced from a single apiary located in beautiful Sonoma Valley, where the bees live amongst the wineries. Our wax is 100% California made, and we like to keep it that way 🐝 Can beeswax be sourced through unethical practices at cheap prices? Yes, but we are unwilling to lower our costs to compromise ethical purchases. Merry Monday, y'all! If in case you missed our stories, we wanted to post our featured rescue for the months of May and June: Tips & Whiskers! They're a cat rescue and TNR organization of just two friends, Yazmin and Elizabeth, that advocates for healthy community cats. They have plenty of available kitties like Luna; one of their longest term resident cats. Luna loves and adores all people, but needs to be an only pet. Soot and Lily are two black kitties available for adoption as well. They're sweet, playful, and still growing 🐈‍⬛ let's help them all find happy homes and increase the adoption rate that's been at an all time low.

Beeswax holds candle wax memory well... almost too well. If you don't allow your first burn to have a full melt pool, your second burn may not get all of the wax on the sides of the vessel! This is because beeswax is one of the hardest density-wise types of waxes to work with. After your first burn, we recommend 4 hours burns for each time you light thereafter 💛

Happy Hump Day! Here's a candle tip to flip the switch and turn on that light bulb 💡 No one needs a wick trimmer, even chandlers! We typically use scissors and cut diagonally. Wick trimmers aren't very sharp and sometimes can take longer to cut with versus scissors. We always recommend to let your candle cool completely, then snip off the excess wick with your fingers! Be sure to burn your candle to a full melt pool before putting it out on iys first burn! Bee happy, friend 🐝

Merry Monday, folks! We often get asked what's the best scent to bring peace into your home and calm the senses. Floral Feline is a mix of therapeutic grade essential oils that can reduce stress and anxiety amongst people and their pets. While we are aware that essential oils and pets, cats in specific, are questionable to mix, we want to spread awareness on the safety behind it. Are these oils recommended to slather on your cat for them to bathe themselves and digest later? NO 🚫 Are these oils, when mixed with candle wax, going to provide any aromatherapy benefits? To a degree, yes. A large amount of essential oils need to be put in candle wax for the scent to really come through, which in turn makes for a lightly scented candle. Fragrance oils, on the other hand, are strong synthetic oils and sometimes does include essential oils in them. We want to use pure ingredients that are safe and bring the aromatherapy benefits we all love and enjoy. You can message us any time if you have any questions regarding our oils and why we use them! California Day of Action gave us the opportunity to write to our local officials and let them know how we support community cats and humanely controlled TNR (trap and release.) If you've never heard of TNR, it is a program in which cat trappers will catch feral or community cats, take them into the vet for their spay/neuter/vaccines, give them some time to rest and heal before taking the cats back to where they were originally found. Cats have an extremely high euthanasia rate in kill shelters in the U.S. and TNR programs can help save so many of their lives. Please write to your local officials on why you support TNR and to help control the overpopulation!

What differentiates these two products are the essential oils used in them! Our Pest Pawfume is safe for both cats AND dogs, while we recommend Pup Pawfume for dogs only. We didn't want to make a base with plain distilled water, so we created something unique and full of benefits to protect the skin. We're offering rescues their first bottles free, and only $5 after! On a day to day basis, we have 3 wax warmers going on in our home. Right after our cats use the litter box, you're still able to pick up the scent. Beeswax is not magic and won't eliminate odors immediately, but will fight strong smells much faster than without it. This helps keep a neutral scent near the litter box throughout the day!

As a small family business, we strive to make sure every product we release has been tested successfully on all of our own animals before they're brought to yours. Safety is #1 and we do all of our research from the best holistic veterinarians in the U.S. When we talk about the essential oils used in candles or our sprays, we are talking about how our zoo at home has reacted to it, and our close family members who have also tested on their pets as well. We have never come across a negative reaction to any of our products, and we are always researching fresher and premium ingredients. This tip blew my mind! I began dipping every beeswax candle wick I burned back into the wax and it nearly eliminated all of the smoke, I was shocked! I use metal skewers as it's the safest for me. This tip takes no time at all and you'll notice such a difference🕯

A quick how to for our candles! We typically make small batches so the scents stay fresh! Wicks are all cotton, and the scent is our best seller, Paw Potion. Beeswax requires double pours as to avoid sink holes.
