2012 large-bodied 15.3hh Hanoverian mare available for L or S, located in SE MI. L at mid fours for the year, S at low fives starting with a two.

Lilly is your fairly typical red mare in the barn and in turnout. Slight cribber inside, better with a collar and hay. Goes out in a mixed herd, typically finds herself near the top. Crossties, bathes, grooms, clips, stands for the farrier, easy to handle. Great bare feet, very easy keeper. Some attitude but really picks her people.

Lilly is the same horse on and off the property. She has experience in the hunter, jumper, and equitation rings and could potentially cross over into dressage with the correct rider. She's recently been ridden and/or shown by a petite beginner, experienced junior, and a few adult amateurs. Not a deadhead but a simple, fun ride. Prefers a rider with a steady quiet hand. Takes up the leg of most any rider adequately. Typically lands her leads if set up correctly, flying change needs a bit of work.

She has been on the backburner for the last 6 months or so and will need a brief tuneup before getting back into the swing of things full time. Really just wants her own person to love her and enjoy her.
