Notice:
Nov 11, 2024 is the last full week in ALL Town Parks. We started the long Winterizing process to proctect the parks and equipment from the winter weather conditions.

Gilman Waite Parks Final Winterizing stage:
On Tuesday November 19th the Tennis/Pickleball Courts nets will removed and be stored for winter and the Courts locked.

Porta Potties will be taken out of all Parks.

Spring Cleaning and restoring equiment will be coming in April 2025

Welcome to Templeton, Ma, home of the Templeton, MA Recreation Commission !!!

We are proud to be the only city or town around that does not allow taxpaying residents to play tennis/pickle ball on a beautiful Saturday morning.

Also, we seem do our best discourage kids from playing basketball by taking down the nets on a dry, crisp, 48°, sunny day.
