We lost one of the best yesterday. Through all the people he taught, horses he trained he bettered us all. Rest In Peace Bob Avila.

Yesterday, we lost an irreplaceable icon in our sport, Mr. Bob Avila. Not only was Bob an extraordinary talent in the show pen with accomplishments like NRCHA Million Dollar Rider, two-time World's Greatest Horseman® champion, three-time NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity® champion, and winning the NRCHA Stallion Stakes champion title a record-setting five times, but he was a true horseman.

His legacy will forever live on through the countless lives he touched and the remarkable impact he made in our industry. Our thoughts are with Dana, BJ, and all of those who knew Bob during this time.

Bob, you will be deeply missed but never forgotten. 💙

Please pray for our friend and fellow trainer Braden Johns who was involved in a serious horse accident this morning at the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity. We are asking for prayers for a miracle recovery, strength and comfort for his family, and God's protection during this difficult time. 🙏🏼

We had a great season kickoff with the NWRCHA show this last weekend. Won some, learned a lot and had a fantastic time.💫 Our crew brought home 4K in prize money. Great job! Thank you to the Northwest Reined Cowhorse Association for always putting on great events.
