This was JJ as a 4 YEAR old! We were at a ranch rodeo down in Newton and our 1 year old was cranky and Cole took him for a ride with cars, trains, and even a thunderstorm rolling in and JJ didn’t care. If you want a stallion with a great mind, trainability, bone, hair, and cowy…this is your guy. We are approaching the closing date for his 2024 books. We went to a benefit team roping today and our 2 year old son rode him around and never had any issues. JJ is a true gentleman. And this boy is by far his favorite!

We’ve been slacking a little on our page but here’s a video of Matthew doing tricks on our stud “JJ” at a ranch rodeo in Geneva, NE. Breeding season is over and “JJ” gets to go back to work full time!
Our youngest taking his horse back to his turnout, which I might add…has a mare who is cycling in it for him to breed. This guy is FIVE. 5. ✋🏼. JJ has a great disposition. It takes a lot and I mean A LOT to have a stallion that can be this quiet and gentle around mares. We have “helped” or “educated” and encouraged JJ to know when to act like a gelding and when to act like a stud.…this is what makes him different from others. Trainability, Athleticism, great disposition, confirmation…I cannot wait to see future foals of this guy. If you are interested in this guy, I think come December we will offer early booking options/fees. He is showing great talent in the roping arena. He would be a perfect outcross for cutting horses! He will put size and bone on one for sure.

This is our 20 month old washing his best friend off after a long morning of checking cows. JJ is our 5 year old stallion who is a grandson of Cutter Freckles and Roosters Starlight. Cole checked cattle on him all morning and then I (Shelby) too him to a barrel race last night and did a few slow exhibitions on him. He hasn’t seen barrels since last summer and did really good for it being at the end of exhibitions in deep ground. JJ is very talented and his disposition is to die for. 🖤
Just wanted to put out a PA! We are filling up FAST with sessions and I have a wedding and baseball the next 2 weeks and time is being crunched. If you are wanting yourself done, pets, horses, show animals, let me know!
Went and did some 🌊 sessions this afternoon. Besides the horrible flies, the girls really enjoyed their relaxing sessions and were “lip hanging” by the end of it!

Hello followers! We have been MIA the last month or so. Sickness hit our family pretty hard this month and people….Influenza A is no joke. Our littlest ended up in the hospital for a couple days and man is that hard on everyone. We’re all recovering very well and are looking forward to telling 2022 goodbye!
💎We have some MAJOR goals we want to hammer out in 2023 and have a lot of up and coming foals that will be showcased! These will be 2022 and 2023 foals.
⚜️Also! Due to us having such a rough December, we are going to extend our early booking fees for our 2 studs that we are standing until the end of January! Both stallions are beautiful, have wonderful dispositions, and our JR stallion will be 5 and is continuing to add LTE to his name. We WILL have limited numbers for outside mares and this will be a perfect opportunity to have some amazing bloodlines added to your foals.
🥂🍻We also have a few select horses that are/will be for sale in 2023! This will include our handsome Metallic Cat grandson, 🌶 Chili 🌶 who is grey, gorgeous, and BIG! He is a coming 4 year old that has been roped off of, used at the sale barn, drove cattle up and down the road. He will make someone an outstanding rope horse!!
❄️Between Cole showcasing our JR stallion “JJ” in ranch rodeos and ranch versatility shows and Shelby working towards 2024 for her futurity year with her mare, the Perry family has some major goals that they are working towards.
🙏🏻As always, we keep our family at the heart of our business, which is also becoming our livelihood, because without God and family we wouldn’t have what we are blessed with. 2022 was a great but trying year for us and we can’t wait to see where we end up in 2023!
