Magril's musings while she looks for her forever home. A lot of people think I am a Shiba Mix from Texas.

But I am actually a chow mix from Texas and have the wisdom panel test to prove it. I am a very shy pup so take some time to warm up to people. Because of that I seem to have a hard time finding my forever family. My foster mom says this page might help people get to know the real me and for me to find the family I am met to be with.

Man we do a lot of walking in this house, at least I can get some good steps in.

Here are a few shots of us walking last week and today. We are walking a little over a mile and a half when we are able to fit our pack walks in. I walk treat on eve leash. My natural spot seems to be in a heel and walk with a loose leash. Sometimes foster mom gets worried that I slipped out of my leash or she dropped my leash cause she feels. I leash pressure at all.

Yesterday foster mom said we needed to dress for the walk. I came with the pink coat. But foster mom says she likes me in gray so much more.

This has pretty much been our snow day. Foster mom thinks I’m still a flight risk and she says she is a klutz and it’s a sketchy situation adding ice to her walking. The backyard is a mud puddle so we have done a few potty breaks and that’s it. I met two new foster cats today and was very good for that. Foster mom tried to get a close up of me laying in bed but I got up when she gets close.

Foster mom says we celebrate all fostered birthday on the 1st of January. Due to her work schedule we are celebrating a tad late. Every pup in the house got a birthday cookie and the pack went on a walk today. I was very good letting the felines paw at my cookie but once it was officially mine I communicated I rather not share this treat. My request was respected and I got to eat my cookie in my kennel were I was not asked to share by the rude baseball boys.
