This is true and extremely heart wrenching. These are my 3 rescues. If you could spend one day in a shelter seeing them euthanize dogs and cats simply because they ran out of room, you would change your mind about buying that dog from a breeder. Or breeding your dogs. Yes those dogs need homes too but you are contributing to the problem!

Meet Blake. Not really his name. He does not have name. He was a stray in Hermiston OR. He needs a loving family. No one knows much about him. Roughly between 3-5years old. This is a longshot adoption as he needs a full work up, shots, neutered, groomed. But look at that face! I know whoever welcomes him into their family will be so blessed. I have a great feeling about this lil' dude.
If you are interested please reach out to me. I will gladly deliver him to you. He is at a shelter that does not require an application be filled out. I personally hate that but it is what it is. I feel I can use my best judgement when it comes to helping him find his forever family. His adoption fee is $250.00💙🐾

OK! Tomorrow may be July 4th, but obviously bring your dogs and cats in tonight as well. Don't be STUPID.
Also if you didn't already, be sure you have them collard and chipped. If you don't have a tag please put tape on the collar with a phone number written in permanent marker on the tape. Do not let your dogs outside to watch the fireworks with you. Trust me, they don't care to watch them.
I KNOW YOU HAVE A BRAIN, SO PLEASE USE IT THIS HOLIDAY WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR PETS AND ALSO YOUR SAFETY.

Important Update
Yesterday we found out that our girl Chloe has cancer. She is doing Ok, very tired and restless as her healing process has been a bit hard on her. Her incision is not healing as fast as the Dr wants it to, and really needs close eyes on her. It came back as stage 2. Not aggressive but potentially reoccurring and metastases. However during our conversation we asked about another growth we found on her abdomen. Dr was not thrilled and she will be going back into surgery again and it will be sent off for results.

Unfortunately with all of this information, I had to make a decision about my business and how to keep it going while still being close by to keep an eye on her.

Affective immediately, all days scheduled for MOBILE services will be canceled. I am only working from home and taking 'Drop Off' appointments only. I will be reaching out to all persons who are scheduled on a Mobile day and ask if you would like to keep your appointment for a 'Drop Off' appointment. If you cant, or don't want to, I unfortunately cannot service your dogs at this time.

I apologize for any inconvenience, and I appreciate all the understanding.

Life has been a bit hectic lately so I very much thank you to my loyal customers who have stuck with me when I've needed to reschedule your appointments. With Dr appointments, dental appointments, and many vet appointments for my fur kids it's been busy. It doesn't go unnoticed and thank you. ❤️🐾

My Chloe girl is home from surgery and resting. She grew a tumor in a super short period that's been affecting her health. She got it removed today and we will get results in a few days. Prayers and hugs for my baby girl. ❤️

April is full for 'FULL SERVICE' appointments. That does not include nail trims. I am scheduling into May, and am NOT accepting new clients at this time for long hair breeds (breeds that need haircuts), or large thick coated breeds. This includes if you are an existing client, but get a new dog.

It's been brought to my attention more than once that there is another Mobile Groomer in the area who is taking deposits, and then never showing up, and blocking the customer after they receive the deposit. I believe they are going by the names of Tiffany and Renae.

Now, with that said, I have not ever taken deposits for grooms. I never wanted to, and never thought I would need to. But with all of the 'same day' cancellations and an abundance amount of 'no call, no shows' and me being ignored and or cursed at because I charge a fee for 'no call no shows' and 'same day' cancellations, I have been thinking maybe I need to take deposits. Deposits for grooms costing over a certain amount. I have not got all the details worked out, but I am working on it.

When you 'no call, no show' or 'same day' cancel on me I loose money. I am a small business and I have bills to pay. My overhead is pretty much nothing after I meet my bills. If I don't make those bills, I don't groom your dogs. I am licensed and fully insured. All of that cost me money. Its not a hobby, its my livelihood. I love what I do, but unless I can make a living doing it I will have to call it quits and get another job that will pay my bills.

Unfortunately that's what it has come to. Definitely not what I wanted to do and it breaks my heart.
