This weekend we’ll be selling at the Blackberry Arts Festival in downtown Coos Bay & next weekend (Labor Day Weekend!), we’ll be selling at the Summer’s End Music Festival at Fort Stevens in Astoria, Oregon. We are super excited for both of these fun Oregon Coast events! 🦮🐕‍🦺

Feedback from customer in : “After having used the rope wrap leash for a year and a half, I can confidently say this gear is the best! We’ve purchased tons of German Shepherd specific tools to mitigate pulling, and this leash is the only item that has granted me control of my dog and drastically reduced pulling. I can finally take my GSD on walks without my partner assisting! I should add that all of my immediate family members also swear by the leash!“ 🦮🐕‍🦺

This is Millie (short for Mildred) in her new Royal Purple Standard Collar with purple short traffic loop. She also got a purple wrap leash. Millie is all set up for walking and looking stylish. She is one year old and loves to jump on things and people, so her owners are using the wrap leash and traffic loop to train her not to jump and to have more control when walking this big, strong girl.

Our new customer Chantelle is the first person to buy one of our new Short Traffic Loops. She bought it for her super cute service pup in training. We think her dog is happy about it! We are having fun meeting so many new people and pups at Wild Hog Days in La Grande, Oregon today! 🐾🦮💕

New leashes and new colors! This week, we added HOT pink collars to our color line up. This pink is no joke. Now we need to change our existing "hot pink" to "raspberry". 😆 We also added short traffic loop leads, and long traffic loop leads in both rope and webbing options. We'll be selling at Wild Hog Days in La Grande, OR this weekend, and at the Bend Handmade Market, in downtown Bend, OR on Sat., June 8th. 🐾

We are filling our calendar with events that we are so excited about! We will be selling GDG gear at the Rockaway Beach Thursday market all season beginning May 7th- continuing every Thursday to September 26th, plus the annual kite festival there June 14th-16th. We will also be selling at the National Specialty Mastiff Show in Clymer, New York May 7th -12th! We are super excited to meet champion Mastiffs from all over the US and tell their owners about Giant Dog Gear! 🦮🐕‍🦺

We’ll be selling at the Willamette Sportman Show in February! Looking forward to bringing our collars and leashes to this new audience, especially the training leash we have created for working with gun dogs in the field. 🐾

We have new collars, leashes and merch this month. We have created martingale style collars, both with and without a buckle, field training leashes for hunting dogs, and we have these fun can koozies coming in now. Next up: slip leads and leashes with padded handles! 🐕‍🦺🐕

New Wrap Leash colors: green, orange and purple! Two new collar colors in the works as well: silver grey and purple. We love all the leash and collar color combo possibilities we now have. Next up, we’ll post the new collar variations we just made (two martingale designs and one new size option). We have been listening to our customers at events and are excited to meet the needs we know they have! 🦮🐾

We had some super cute big dogs visit us at the Giant Dog Gear booth at the National Dog Show! Tarak the Leonberger, Jose the Bulldog, and Java the Cane Corso (official therapy dog for Drexel University) were a few of them.

We had such a fun time at the Rockaway Kite Festival on the Oregon coast this weekend! It was our first event and we did really well. We met so many great people and dogs. So glad we decided to kick off our event sales at such a beautiful spot at the beach!

It’s official! We have been invited to be vendors at the National Dog Show in Philadelphia in November! Yes, this dog show airs on NBC on Thanksgiving Day. We are so excited to spend four days meeting so many amazing dogs and their people, and letting them know about Giant Dog Gear! 🦮🐩🐕‍🦺🐾

We will be at the 47th Annual Rockaway Beach Kite Festival next month. We are excited! We've always wanted to go to the Kite Festival and we are finally going. We'll have a booth in the vendor area and we're looking forward to meeting people and seeing amazing kites! 🎏⛱🎈
