New addition to Tortuga Farm. 10x20 with dual 8ft lofts. Will be the new location for the freezers,refrigerators,and storage for the canning part of the business.

We are in the process of making some major changes,adding new products,and we will be removing other products that will not work with the direction we are going.

Angela is out picking blueberries at Oak Hill Produce today. Getting her seasonal fruit while she can so she can make her wonderful jams. Got blackberries a couple weeks ago at the same farm. Glad we have a u-pick farm close to us.

Tortuga Farm and Crafts(The Enchanted Hourglass)will be here this weekend with our wonderful handmade items. This includes our Jams,jellies,pickles,and sweet breads. Also our handcrafted wood and resin work and recycled bottle crafts.

The event highlights Fort Gaines role in the Battle of Mobile Bay.
Come and experience a living history event for the whole family.
There will be living history throughout the day, cannon fire, soldiers in their period uniforms.

Sunday's Tactical 1:00

Sponsored by the 6th Alabama Cavalry and the Alabama Division of Reenactors.
Music provided by the 5th Alabama Band.

Ages 13 and up $10.00, Ages 5 - 12 $ 5.00
