Here is one of our potential leases.

“Buffy”, 10 year old BLM mustang mare available for lease on site at South Ti Stables. Buffy is a sweet and sensitive girl who would do well with a confident teenager. She loves to be groomed. Has been trained first level dressage but is mainly a pleasure pet. Lack of childcare makes this girl available for an on-site lease or lessons. She knows all the basics and will jump small cross rails, the focus of her training has been mainly on ground work and flatwork. Does best when she is in consistent work or she will become a couch potato. Buffy bonds strongly to her rider/ handler. Knows some liberty work, great horse to practice body language and lunging with. Can be ridden English , western or ba****ck.

Morning Mantra: “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.”

Viktor E. Frankl explains that between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth into someone less reactive and our freedom from reactive consequences.

Look at the word responsibility. It is actually made up of two words-response and ability- the ability to choose your response. You should recognize this responsibility and not let circumstances, conditions or conditioning dictate your response.

When you mind the space and choose your response, your behavior (or lack of) is a product of your conscious choice based on your values, rather than on just reacting to what is happening around you.

Morning Mantra: “There is a reason the rearview mirror is so small and the windshield is so big, where you are headed is much more important than what you left behind.”

Don’t look back, you’re not going that way. Keep looking forward. Life isn’t about looking back and wishing things were the same or feeling shame about how or what things happened. Life is about moving on, accepting change, moving forward.

Of course you can look back with fondness for those who are no longer here or for happy memories that you made, those are already in your heart and can offer comfort as you move on. Just don't look back and keep rehashing the mistakes you made or the pain you felt. They serve no purpose going forward. Learn from them, then leave them behind.

The past is a merely a reflection, your future is what matters.

Our Story

Our story start with a sassy chestnut mare named, Cool Sweet Diamonds (aka. Sweetie). We purchased Sweetie in July of 2017, from then we have grown into something bigger that we wanted to share with our community. It is our hope that this equestrian facility will provide an additional activity for people to participate in and utilize year round and for years to come.
