Stevie’s field of Dreams weathered the storm!! It’s a little wet down here this morning but no damage. Yay! Thankfully a huge tree fell towards the woods and didn’t take out our fence!

When visiting the Dog Park, if your pup makes waste OUTSIDE the fence in the parking lot, as the dog owner, you are still responsible to clean it up. I counted 4 piles this morning.

Had a fun visitor at the dog park this morning!! 🦗

Our dog park will be getting a 16 x 20 pavilion over the back to back benches (red square in the picture below). This will be great to protect from the hot sun and the elements! Thank you to a special donor for making this possible!

Also, the teeter totter and the podium are being fixed and will be back soon!

The dog park will be closed during the construction of the pavilion. Construction will only take 2 days. We'll make sure to let you know ahead of time.

Scored some new (used) agility equipment!!! 🥳
It may take a couple weeks to coordinate schedules to put it together but the pups are going to love it!

We stopped down at the dog park today to make sure the waste bags were stocked and to empty the garbage cans. We just want to say thank you for cleaning up so well after your pups! The ground was free of waste and the garbage bags were heavy!
Stevie is so happy everyone is taking such good care of her favorite place!

Stevie checked out the weather and decided to open her Dog Park early!! She’ll be unlocking to the public tomorrow, 2/26!! 🐶

Remember to be mindful of a few things...

🐾 It is Spring (almost) and it is going to be wet and muddy in some areas. You may want to have a towel to wipe up your puppy paws. Don't wear your white sneakers!
🐾 Pick up your dogs messes, please. There are bags and waste receptacles on each side.
🐾 If your dog is aggressive, the public off leash dog park is probably not the right place to visit.
🐾 There is a small dog side and a large dog side. A shared entry gate at the entrance. Please leash your dogs until you are inside the entry gate and then let them in the side you see fit.
🐾 Please do not park on the grass. Use the asphalt parking area and walk up to the gate. It's a little bit of a walk and the grass might possibly be wet depending on what time you are there.
🐾 Last, but not least, HAVE SO MUCH FUN AT STEVIE'S FIELD OF DREAMS!!!

Stevie’s Dog Park is closed for the winter. 😞
The water fountains have been removed and the gate is locked up. When the weather breaks in the Spring, we will open back up and also add some shade over the benches and some fun things for the doggies to play on!!

Stevie had 8 beautiful baby double doodles last Wednesday!! She’s a terrific mama and we can’t wait to bring them down to play!!

Hello! 🐾 Now that the park is open to the public and so many puppies have been visiting, we want to make sure it stays cleaned up so it can be mowed on a regular basis. We are looking for a group of volunteers to be our "P**p Patrol". If we can get 7-10 people patrolling, each person could pick one day of the week to go down and make sure it's nice and clean for the patrons and the mowing crew. If you would like to volunteer, please private message Stevie's page with your Name, Number and which day would be best for you. We really appreciate the support of the dog park, we've heard nothing but great things and want to keep it that way!

Now that Stevie's Field of Dreams is open for business, please be mindful of a few things...

This project is a work in progress. We will be using millings in the future (Probably Spring) to create a parking area and driveway.
