Is your pet microchipped? Is the information up to date? Each year thousands of animals are taken to vet offices, but their microchip doesn't have the correct contact info. Check with your vet office at your next appointment that the chip is readable and your phone number and address are up to date!

This is the story of a kitten named Bean. We found Bean and his brother hanging around with their mama at a local trailer park where we are working on TNR. We knew he was young enough to be socialized, so we set up a trap, and after while, baby bean and his brother came in for the treats. After we got rid of his fleas and got him all cleaned up, he graduated to the kitten room, where there were plenty of toys and he learned how to be a housecat. Bean was adopted into a loving home where he has a new brother and sister cat, and a big loving dog buddy. We're currently working on curbing the cat population as much as we can to help keep cats like Bean from a life on the streets.
