Use this old machine shop trick to keep garden tools clean, sharp and rust-free. Grab a bucket and fill it with clean sand. Now pour mineral oil over the top of the sand. Take your hand tools and thrust them repeatedly into the sand. The sand cleans the tools and helps to remove light rust. The oil coats the metal and prevents future rust. When the tools are clean and shiny, shove them back into the oil-soaked sand up to the handle. This will keep them looking good and ready to go whenever you need them.

As monsoon rains roll in, you might spot Arizona’s largest toad—the Sonoran Desert Toad—more often! 🐸 This resilient amphibian emerges from its burrow to soak up water from puddles and moist soil. Fascinating to see but make sure to keep your pups away. If you catch a glimpse, take a moment to admire its toughness in our dry heat.

Our little farm grew by two beating hearts today!! 💕 Little Moosey-girl delivered 2 healthy female lambs all on her own. One is a solid white, the other took after mama, and is a tri-color spotted (like Moosetracks ice cream). #SoMuchLove #DorperSheep #JennerationMFarm
