Sharing this update from a trusted resource. Our quarantine policy is essential to keeping our horses safe. 🐴

We know many of you have likely seen or heard about the current EHV outbreak in surrounding states. Kansas Horse Council sends prayers and hopes for a quick recovery to all horses who have been affected.

At this time, Kansas has no reported cases of EHV-1 or EHM (11/19/25). We’ll continue to monitor the situation and keep our community updated.

Stay vigilant. If your horses have traveled recently or been in contact with new horses, watch for symptoms and continue practicing good biosecurity.

A BIG Thank You to EVERYONE who pitched in this last weekend at TRC! Our Work Day on Saturday was Productive with lots of trail cleanup and appreciation of our acreage. Others stayed back at the barn to address all of the facility needs. It takes a VILLAGE! The TRAIL RIDE was lots of fun and "Cookie" fed us well on Sunday. Thank you to ALL! 🐴 🥞 🛠 🍂 🐴
