Ingredients:
- ๐Ÿฅ„ 1 cup plain pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- ๐Ÿฅ› 1 cup plain yogurt (unsweetened, without any artificial sweeteners)
- ๐Ÿฏ 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- ๐Ÿ’ง Water or low-sodium chicken broth (if needed to adjust consistency)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Ingredients:
- Make sure the pumpkin puree and yogurt are at room temperature for easier mixing.
2. Mix Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and yogurt. If using honey, add it to the mixture. Stir until the mixture is well-blended and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water or low-sodium chicken broth to achieve the desired consistency.
3. Pour into Molds:
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or ice cube trays. You can also use silicone molds shaped like bones or paws for a fun touch.
4. Add Sticks:

Ingredients:
- ๐Ÿซ 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (no added sugar)
- ๐ŸŽƒ 1 cup pure pumpkin puree (unsweetened, no added spices)
- ๐ŸŒพ 2 cups whole wheat flour
- ๐Ÿฅฃ 1/2 cup rolled oats
- ๐Ÿฏ 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- ๐Ÿฅš 2 large eggs
Instructions:
1. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with non-stick spray.
