Anyone willing to travel to the northeast of PA and wants to unload some coyotes?? I understand they're a pest and some people don't want anything to do with them once they're dead. If that's the case for you, just bring em on over! Just bring your hunting license so I can verify it was legally killed and you can donate it to the shop! I'd be more than happy to take them off your hands, I don't sell them but I do love the extra practice!

Dad got this nice mountain buck on the family property last year, decided to tip the head up on this one! First time I've ever used these forms, they're a little tricky 🥴

I also learned to rotate eyes!

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN...

Actually you might not care 😂 but I'm proud of myself!! I've struggled with it in the past but I learned how to recreate a deer's ear canal!! No more empty hole on the inside of the ears! A touch of realism to a place the average person might not ever look LOL

This poor fella was shot to bits!! He didn't look too bad when I got him in, but his head essentially fell off when I was skinning. Underneath the feathers was hole after hole and he shed a lot of feathers in the bath.

Lots and lots and lots of sewing, and he's in one piece again! I really did my best with this one, but I'm not a miracle worker...

Dotting noses is honestly my favorite part 😂
By building them up with a top secret material, you can bring the volume back to the nose pad and make it look fleshy and soft again!

I'd say my rough draft raccoon head is a success!! Need to get a final mold set then I can start producing them!

Brand new steel jaw trap out of the box. Do they really break bones? I tested it with my bare hand!

I can't get over how pretty this boy is!! Tried a different form by an artist I've never used before but I love the muscle tone on it! He just needs to dry and get some paint 🎨

Making my very own raccoon head forms! Maybe I can get the sculpture good enough to sell 🤔 Not sure about that but I'm determined to learn to make my own custom form!

A fun little warm up project!

This impala cape was generously donated to the shop, even though he was in kinda rough shape 😅 The horns are replicas and were probably made for a larger animal lol

But he still looks good on the display wall!

Remember those raccoon heads I threw in a bucket of water a while back? I pulled them out today, wow! It takes MONTHS but it definitely works and it's a very gentle clean. Still needs to be sanitized and whitened.

I still only offer skull cleaning on animals that are to be mounted, but at least I know it works!

Taxidermy during a freak earthquake is fun

Prepping this gobbler for his full strut lifesize mount... this is by far one of the prettiest ones I've had the honor of working with!

This buck was a real challenge... he had extreme breakage on his brisket, and hairs were snapping all over the place! His whole body was very rough and he had some infections... but some hair gel later and he's looking pretty good!
