Hi, we're the Carmacks! A family oriented golden-retriever-breeder. Reggie and Lily
Two family loved golden retrievers who will be bred by an experienced owner.

We are raising our dogs from puppies and will know everything about their health and personalities! We will do physical and genetic testing on parents we own to ensure healthy pups. We also offer stud services for Reggie and will post updates about his babies here!

Over the weekend we had some visitors from past litters. Rosie (2022) and River (2023)!! They are both very tolerant of our 1 year old daughter 😆

Surprise! Reggie fathered even more puppies a couple of weeks ago! 😆 This time with mama dog, Shelby. If you’re interested please let me know and I’ll put you in touch with her owner. She had a total of 9 puppies in this litter! 5 girls and 4 boys.
(These puppies are not on site with me. They are with mama dog and her family 🐾❤️)

Puppy pickups are complete!! Thank you to everyone who chose us to provide your new family member! I know each one of these puppies are in a great home where they will be loved. Some even with older siblings from our first litter ❤️

Only one puppy remains here with the Carmack clan! Mr Red has been inside with us the last couple of days. He’s getting used to potty training and sleeping in his crate at night! His new parents are picking him up this weekend, so until then I’ll be gathering all of the puppy cuddles ❤️ just look at his face 🥹 he is SUCH a good boy and as fluffy as a teddy bear.

As our time together comes to an end I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I love each of these puppies and have really poured a lot of care into raising them so I know I’m going to miss them. But on the other hand, I know they are going to great homes and I’m so excited to get puppy updates as the months go by.
I’m so proud of how healthy and wonderful this litter has turned out to be. I’ve learned so much this time around. 🤍🖤

One puppy is especially loving the new hanging toys! Each pup will get to take one of these toys home with them. The hope is that the toys smell like their brothers and sisters and offer some comfort when they transition to a new home 🎾

It’s been kind of a crazy few days! Since the puppies had their shots last week we’ve been spending more time outside! Or at least we were until the air quality turned poor ☹️ We still have fun though!

Less puppies means it’s time to break down the box a bit. Last night I got the pups set up with a smaller space and they didn’t seem to mind it. It also helps them learn to “hold it” when they have to go potty. They don’t like using their sleeping g space for potty!

You saw how our mornings look, so I thought I’d share the night routine as well. Here’s what we did last night to prep for home-going 🥹

FOOD 😋 First meal is a success! Wow they absolutely loved it. I thought it would take them a second to figure it out. But they were all over it (some of them literally) 😆

Play time!!

Nothing quite like a sleepy puppy pile 🧡 Do you see your pup??

Box expansion today! It was getting a little crowded, so we made some adjustments to allow for more adventure! It also helps with potty training. In the video you can see one little pup made his way over to go potty then return to the group! He didn’t quite make it to the grass pad, but I think eventually they will get the idea. But ok, the best part is when he wags his tail while I’m petting him 😍 Love these little babies so much!

Puppy spotlight! 💗PINK💗 Just look at these little puppy yawns and stretches! She is CLAIMED but this video deserves to be in the spotlight! Pink is the firstborn, and darkest female! She is going to a family that owns one of her sisters from the first litter! How exciting! She’s amazingly chill and very sweet 💕

Breeding is quite a bit more than just letting your dog have puppies in the garage. ⚖️ I weigh each pup nightly the first week to make sure they are gaining. Last night, a couple of pups had lost weight, so that means being a little more hands on making sure those two puppies are eating. 📈 Don’t fret, it’s not totally abnormal for a pup to loose some weight (newborn humans do that too!). But I’ll continue to do my part and make sure each one is getting what they need. I’m glad that Lily trusts me to handle her babies take take care of them and her. 💕🐕

Good morning from the Carmack clan!

Tired mama in the house 😴 She spends most of the day laying around, and she deserves to! I think she looks bigger than she did the first time, do you think we will end up with more than 10!? 🐕

My baby turned 6 months old today, and it took me back to when Lily and I were both pregnant together. Here’s a video from the week before Lily had her puppies. A memory I’ll always cherish 💕
