Come join us this summer. We offer riding and non riding camps for ages 3-9. Our Little Farmers and Tiny Trotters camps will enjoy our wonderful 17 acre farm filled with horses, ponies, goats, sheep, mini cows, mini donkeys, bunnies and chicks and plenty of blackberries, blueberries and mulberries to snack on throughout the day. Campers will participate in outside play and nature walks while learning about animals, plants and wildlife. We also have a brand new indoor to ride in along with our beautiful barn! While we continue to grow our farm, campers can help plant a fruit tree with the gardening/plant science section of our camps

We had a blast with today's day camp!
We started by building a creative obstacle course using items from inside the arena in preparation to walk our ponies through.
After we finished it was time to get our horses and ponies ready so we groomed and decorated them for our pretty pony contest! We had team Gumbos goblins, terrific Triggers, and X marks the spot for our team names. The kids each took a turn walking their horses through the course.
During lunch we watched the boys roll and play in the sand ring. They put on a cute show for us! The children loved watching them play.
Next on our list, SLEDDING! We had a lot of laughs and a ton of fun playing in the snow on the back hills.
We wrapped up our day with a horse shoe dream catcher craft.

Why we can’t have nice things 🤣. Our poor sad Christmas tree. William climbed straight up it and is just hanging in there. They have all our limbs drooping from playing in it so much. Got a new feeding trough for the critters today. The babies think it’s a new play toy 🤦‍♀️

Final day of our last Little Farmer’s Camp of the summer 2024! We stayed at Peakaboo all day between all the rain yesterday and the storms we were supposed to get today. The babies helped the campers decorate their bee/butterfly baths. They were so much help 🤣 We had a blackberry snack before lunch. All of the campers planted a spider plant baby to take home today as well! I hope everyone had a great week!

Day 4 of Little Farmer’s. It was supposed to rain all day so we packed up and headed to PKB. Played a lil then decided to fill the bird feeders while it wasn’t raining. Still wasn’t raining when we got done so we went for a blackberry snack! We read a book and then pained Flash. Never did rain during our camp today but I don’t think we will be so lucky tomorrow. Gonna spend the day at Peakaboo again tomorrow.

Day 3 of Little Farmer’s. The campers did their morning chores & played with the critters (waiting on pics lol I missed that part today) then back to C-Line for snack. They traced and colored horse shoes before we did pony rides on Tigger! They learned how to groom and tack before riding Tigger.

Oops sorry, I forgot to post yesterday’s pics. We did morning chores at Peakaboo, played with the critters, watered the plants, had a blackberry snack, opened up around our indoor for the critters to eat the high grass & weeds then headed back to C-Line for snack. Our campers saw a lot of dragonflies, they were flying all over at both farms. So some of the kids drew dragonflies. We went on a big walk and they caught a lot of slugs, a couple rollie pollies, 2 lantern flies (we disposed of them after we were done) and a moth lol

Day 1 of our last Little Farmer’s Camp for 2024! We hopped in the buggy to go do morning chores over at Peakaboo and played with the baby goats! Our campers worked hard cleaning water buckets for the babies and the bunny water bowls. They picked weeds for the barn bunnies as well. Next we filled the bird feeders and then went on a blackberry hunt to have a lil snack! On our way back we opened up the field around our new indoor so the critters could graze. Back to C-Line for snack, coloring and painting. While we waited for parent pick up, the campers played tag and jumped some jumps in the ring! See you tomorrow 😁

Day 5 of our Little Farmer’s Camp #3. It was a busy day doing our morning chores at Peakaboo, playing with the goats and bunnies, filling water bird feeders and eating blackberries! After snack, we decorated pots and planted some plants to take home. Then we colored cardboard flower pots and picked wildflowers to put in! I hope all of our little farmers enjoyed their week at camp!

We did our chores at Peakaboo, filled the bird feeder and picked blackberries. After snack we made butterfly/bee baths. They got to ride Boogie today and they were so excited! The campers couldn’t wait til the horses were done in the ring with the other camp so they could sweep the ramp 🤣 idk if they sweep at home but they ask to do it here every day!
