PLEASE NOTE: payment is due UP FRONT before I can start my services. 1/2 of your total cost of care as a deposit is due at the time of booking, with the rest due on the date of your sit. You can pre pay for your entire sit at booking if that is easier for you. This deposit is non refundable and holds your specific dates for you! We want to be affordable and help you out in any way! In the event that you need to cancel care within 48 hours, 75% of the total cost is due as a buffer for cancellations. This is because your slot was already reserved and was put on a busy schedule, and your deposit was already taken to hold your place. The 75% of the payment is due the date your sit should have started. This is because the full payment would have been taken that same date as well. Please let me know of any issues, and I will try my best to accommodate, however this is an independent small business and we appreciate your support!
