Looking for love here… Ozzy has been with us for 11 months. Can we please find him a home before his one year with us? He is longing for a couch to rest on, a companion to cuddle with and yard to run and play. He’s seriously the sweetest boy, but can be dog selective. He is food motivated and loves to play with toys. Ozzy is house trained and good with cats. He doesn’t like horses/livestock.

He’s believed to be around 5-6 years old and around 75lbs. Ozzy is a mixed breed and current on all his vaccines. He was surrendered to us at no fault of his own, and is in dire need of a fur-ever home.

Adopt Penelope ✨

Penelope is a senior dog looking for a loving family to welcome her into their home. The vet thinks she is around 8/9 years old, and she is around 45lbs. She is fully vaccinated until 7/2/25. Also known as “P,” this sweet girl is spunky and energetic for her estimated age. She knows basic commands like sit and shake, and she’s very smart. Her favorite thing is her ball. She LOVES to play fetch and enjoys other dogs’ company.

Penelope tested positive for heart worm when we first rescued her in June. Since then, she’s completed treatment consisting of 3 melarsomine injections and a regimen of steroids. In 6 months, she will need to be tested again to confirm the treatment is complete. This can be done at any vet. She will need to remain on a heart worm preventative for the remainder of her life. She’s currently on NexGard Plus. Don’t worry, if you have another dog, heart worm is transmitted through mosquitoes. It ISN’T contagious dog-to-dog.

How has no one fallen in love with those eyes? 🥹 Blue-eyed Bo is still available for adoption.

Breed: Catahoula/Mixed Breed
Age: Approx. 3-4 years old
Gender: Male Neutered
Weight: 45lbs
Dog friendly
Good with kids? Yes
Good with cats? Unsure
Microchipped? Yes
Temperament/Personality traits: Energetic, playful, lover, food motivated, and likes to dig
Important Notes: He can jump a 4-5’ fence, if left unattended. He does resource guard food and toys from other dogs, but not people.

He’s current on all vaccines until 07/02/25, and was given NexGard PLUS on 9/1 for fleas, ticks and worms. He was de-wormed on 07/08/24. Thankfully, he is NOT heartworm positive.

Why is Bo being re-homed? Sadly, he was abandoned at a vacant residence with no food or water, and lacking adequate shelter. The conditions were heartbreaking. Can you show him what a real loving home is? 🩵

Please help us find Ozzy a loving home... Although he is a happy dog, I can see the effects of being a resident at the ranch since November 2023. He sees so many dogs come and go, and I know he longs for a home. A place where he can play with favorite toys, and sprawl out on a bed for belly scratches.

Ozzy was surrendered to us at no fault of his own. He is about 75lbs, fully vaccinated and healthy, around 5 years old and neutered. He loves to play with toys, and prefers human snuggles. Ozzy likes to play outside, but I’d say he’s a rather chill dog. Check the comments for a video of this silly boy showing his personality. He’s dog selective, and we can’t determine his triggers. I do know that he’s food aggressive towards other dogs. No issues with cats or children, but doesn’t do well around horses.

We have some exciting news… Bella has been adopted 🥳 When we rescued Bella, she was living in deplorable conditions and was knocking on heaven’s door. Now, she’s healthy, happy and living her best life with her new brother and best friend Leo. Cheers to a loving home and family, Miss Bella!

Thank you to all of those that have donated to our foster dogs and continue to do so. Truthfully, it hasn’t been easy funding the necessary veterinary care and living expenses for 7 rescues, unexpectedly. We’re not a rescue, shelter or 501c3, but we can’t stand by and let neglect happen. I’ve had many people ask, “how can I help?” PLEASE continue to share our post about our foster dogs, so they can find the fur-fect homes like Bella did. Thank you ❤️
