I would like to take a moment to say Thank You to all my wonderful clients and their humans! You all are very much appreciated. ❤️
It isn't always easy to get an appt with Drag'N TAILS Grooming in a short notice. Because of this, I encourage my clients to pre-book to ensure we can get your fur babies spa day in the calendar. I understand life can be busy, and sometimes gets away from us. We are very understanding of these types of situations.
However, there have been an abundance of no call no shows for our scheduled appts. Which leaves our shop incapable of replacing these appts in a timely manner with a client in need of services. Due to this lack of communication, I have no choice but to begin charging a $25 fee per pet that does not make their scheduled appt without a heads up of cancelation the day prior to re-book with us. I hope everyone can understand this decision which was not made lightly. I look forward to seeing all my fur friends in their upcoming appts. Thank you! ✂️
