I've been lucky to spend the past two nights with this adorable sweetheart, Rosie. 🐶💕 She's been my walking buddy M-Th for the past few months, so it's been a delightful experience getting to know her even better over the weekend. Her mom called her a "sour patch" when I first met them, and wow, she was spot on! Rosie went absolutely wild with barking when we first met, but over the next few weeks, she gradually started to come out of her shell. I thought I had her personality all figured out, but today, I discovered new layers to her that surprised me! I had a headache and decided to take a quick 30-minute nap. But guess what? She jumped into bed and showered me with kisses, pinning me down! She was insatiable for pets and kept pawing at me for more. After 15 minutes, she snuggled up next to me, wanting to be the little spoon. I then instantly noticed that my headache had vanished in a flash! Our furry friends possess an incredible healing power that should never be underestimated. I leave tomorrow, but I'm so excited to reunite with Miss Rosie on Monday afternoon! 🐶❤️

I’m back with Jack and Stella for another week and a half. Both of them are the sweetest babies now. Jack at the end of this clip is expressing his disdain about the heat. He still wants to play ball darn it!

Meet Parker, Piper, and Pita!!
It’s my last night with my Shepherd clients Jack & Stella and I’m not ready for it to be over. I’ve fallen head over heals for these 2. When I first started working with them it took a couple weeks of visiting before we were all comfortable enough to move on to our dry run. I knew it would take time to win them both over and that Stella would take a little longer than Jack since Jack is still a puppy. Stella has gone from running and avoiding me at all cost to now allowing me to love on her, play with her, she started to eat around me and actively seek out my attention. Jack was large and in charge when I first met him. He barked loudly in my face and was very intimidating at first. However, i knew he just needed some time to get acquainted with me and once he knew I was okay we would be good to go! Both Jack and Stella’s favorite game is playing keep away with their red ball. They could do this for hours, but my arm could never match their energy lol
It’s been an absolute honor caring for these 2 babies and I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks to do it for another 9 nights! Big thank you to my clients for trusting me with their fur babies and giving me and them the time and opportunity to get to know each other that has allowed all of their progress to be possible. I hope you had an amazing vacation!
