A big shout out of thanks to Beading Divas to the Rescue. We raised over $2000 in May and June through the sale of their beautiful bracelets. We appreciate all you do for our animal community. And thank you to all those who supported us by purchasing bracelets.

Here are this week's adoptable pets going on Jersey's Journeys to find their forever homes! They're all up for adoption at the HOPE Animal Shelter, Tucson AZ. If you're interested in adopting, please head to their website, Hopeanimalshelter.net for application information, or you can go to their shelter any day between 12 and 3pm.
- Piper is a 1-year-old orange and brown marbled cat. This beautiful girl loves attention and will always ask for pets. She's sweet and energetic, and is always curious about what's going on around her. She seems to have no problem with dogs, and is up for anything.
- Sasha is a 12-year-old black and white long haired cat. This sweet girl is very affectionate and cuddly. She spends most of her day lounging in a cat tree, watching everyone and everything going on around her, but she'll come right up to you to sit in your lap as well. She's looking for a quiet, happy home where she can enjoy her golden years.
- Pal is a 2-year-old silverish-tan Staffordshire terrier pitbull mix. He's a sweet boy, who came to the shelter because his owner recently died in a crash. He's very food motivated and very playful and friendly. He's calm and curious, and will be a great pet.
- Brin is a 2-year-old brindle terrier mix. He also came into the rescue with Pal when their owner died, but they don't necessarily need to be adopted together. He's very affectionate and playful, and will give you all the kisses in the world. He's curious and interested in other dogs, and really can't wait to find his new best friend.

Meet Pal, a 2-year-old Staffordshire Terrier looking for a forever home! This sweet boy loves people and enjoys cuddling up next to them as much as he can. He loves attention! He is dog selective but is currently housed with another boy pup so intros are a must. Stuffed toys are his favorite way to play with humans and rope toys with the other pup he lives with. He also loves going for walks. The water hose is one of his favorite ways to cool down! If you would like to meet him, we are open every day from 12-3pm. - Griffin (top left) is a 7-year-old tuxedo cat. He's very affectionate and playful, and actually loves looking snazzy! He wears a bowtie, and loves being all wrapped up in blankets or a hoodie. He's curious and friendly, and will make a great pet.
- Stella (top right) is 10-year-old a black and white polydactyl cat. She's a very independent girl, and would like to be the only cat in your home. She takes a little while to warm up, but once she likes you, she'll come right up to ask for pets and love. She loves attention, and she really loves playing with lasers and toys!

Meet Piper, a sweet girl who is about 1 year old with a lot of life and love to give. She is a beautiful Abyssinian mix. Piper still plays like a kitten with any toys she sees and running around the rooms. When she isn't playing, she likes sitting high in cat trees or cuddling on a nice cat bed. But no matter what she is doing she is thrilled to see you and loves rubbing herself on you as you pet her. She loves being with people and enjoys having conversations with you. She has such a cute meow and an animated personality! Piper loves children! If you are looking for a cat, she would love to meet you! We are open to visits every day of the year from 12-3 pm. Sweet Herkimer and his great Dad Todd. This is the 2nd orange boy that Todd adopted from us. Todd looked past their feisty behavior at the shelter and saw all the love they had to give.

Meet Yasmine, a beautiful 7-year-old girl made out of sugar and spice! This girl is so affectionate and loves running up to you and rubbing on your legs to ask for attention. She is even starting to love being held and carried around while being pet. Yasmine is a very playful cat and enjoys wand toys. She loves relaxing on a chair and watching you go about you day. She does well with dogs and older children but enjoys being an only cat. She would love if you came and said hi! - Piper is a 4-year-old brown, red and tan Abyssinians tabby mix. This girl is really beautiful, and she has the personality to match. She's calm, sweet and always down to go with the flow. She originally came from a hording situation, but has come a long way, and loves life now. She truly loves a good belly rub, and can't wait to be your queen!
- is a 15-year-old brown tabby cat. She's a calm, sweet girl who spent the first 12 years of her life with a family, so she would really like to get back into a home! She's affectionate, mellow and gentle, and loves a curling up in a patch of sunlight.
- Timon is a 2-year-old black and tan pincher mix. He's a very friendly boy with a lot of energy! He's come a long way in his training, but he still has a lot of enthusiasm, and would do well in a home that can take him on adventures. While he might be bouncing off the walls, he also loves cuddling at the end of the day. He also gets along with dogs, cats and kids!

This week one of our dogs was lucky enough to get adopted by a staff member right before leaving to another state. Titan is so happy to be able to see the world with someone he has already bonded with! We wish you both the very best in life! The Big Fix is BACK‼️ Friends of Pima Animal Care Center and PACC are thrilled to announce that we are hosting a weeklong FREE spay/neuter event for large dogs living in Pima County. 💙

The Big Fix is part of Friends of PACC’s new Spay/Neuter Support project, which is designed to help reduce future shelter overcrowding. There will be seven clinics during Big Fix week, several of which will be available for first-come, first-served attendees! Spots are only available for dogs weighing 40+ lbs and puppies who are expected to reach an adult weight of 40+ lbs.
