Eli’s first ride in English tack! His steering is still a little slow and his canter is definitely all over the place but when he does get balanced he is so comfortable!! This was also his second ride with a bit in his mouth, I’m hoping to transition to using the bit to steer by sometime next week!

Look at Eli go!!! This is by far the most trotting he’s done, and I am so impressed with how smart he is and how quickly he is picking everything up! Still working on tighter turns and keeping him moving smoothly but so happy with him🥰

Eli was a superstar at his first show on Sunday! He rocked the in-hand portion, just had a few wiggly baby moments. He handled the noisy, chaotic environment so much better than I thought he would, and I am very impressed!

An “official” introduction to the newest member of the crew, “Karma” aka “Try It Hot”, owned by Mallory L. McBrayer !!
Karma will hopefully be my mount for the 2025 Mustang Classic! She is 4 years old, from Twin Peaks!
So far Karma has proven to be a bit difficult to get to come out of her shell, but she is super intelligent. This week I got a halter on her and started leading her around in her pen. She lets me touch all over her body but is a little head shy.
Super excited to see how our time together goes! I’m very thankful to Mallory for trusting me to train her horse!

Really enjoying this mare! She has a really natural draw and lots of curiosity, she will come into my space to investigate me. Still working on her being comfortable with touching but really happy with the progress after not having lots of time this weekend to work with her!

A super cute little guy!

**ADOPTED**
Titled 6yr old BLM Mustang gelding, standing 13.3h & THICK. Built like a Haflinger! “Chaps” is super sweet, easy to catch, leads, stands tied, lunges both ways, loads in the trailer, picks up all 4 feet (on a regular 6 week trim cycle). He has been saddled & sat on, but he is NOT broke to ride. I took him on as a project horse, but I just don’t have the time to finish him out like I had planned… way too many projects!
