Knowing how to perform the Heimlich maneuver on your pet can mean all the difference. If you notice your pet is choking, it may mean your dog or cat is struggling with a blockage in their throat. Obstructions can happen when pets bite off more than they can chew, a piece of a toy gets lodged in their throat, or they’re eating too quickly. Take a minute to read through the directions for the Heimlich maneuver: https://bit.ly/3SSYilR

Dr. Rania Gollakner explains how to perform the heimlich maneuver on your dog if they are choking.
