This October, an online auction all month long and a silent auction at our Evening Picnic on October 18th. 🐮🐷🐴🐐

We’re looking for raffle basket donations to help make these events extra special! Baskets can be themed (self-care, cozy fall nights, pet goodies, local treats, etc.) or filled with any fun items you’d love to share. Every basket donated helps us raise vital funds to care for the animals who call our sanctuary home. 💚

Diagnosis: Piece of wood stuck in mouth

Scottie has a piece of wood trapped between her upper molars (red arrow). The wood has been there for a while as the tissue at the ends or the wood is red, ulcerated and odorous. Due to her age, and probable lack of recent dental care, Scottie has other age related dental issues, such as over long molars (aka step tooth – blue arrow), that you also address. After the piece of wood was removed and an initial float, Scottie was already much improved. She has had regular dental care every six months to improve her ability to eat and process food and is doing very well.
