Hello December! I think winter is here to stay!❄️

Cattle got worked in 5° weather, and we heard a few complaints. And the babies went through the chute for the first time.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!🦃

Our reveal is a little late, but meet our 3 new additions! These 3 year old horned Herefords are the perfect mix to our growing herd.
Today was also breeding day!! We had 7 head run though the chute, and hopefully we’ll have 7 more calves next May!

The WSR herd has officially been turned out for summer grass. They will hopefully be able to stay in this pasture with a little bit of moving till about November. It is so very nice to have grass almost taller than the calves

We are at 💥25 days💥 until we have calves on the ground!!! These ladies were so excited to get some green grass today, we can’t wait to meet our first calf crop!🤩

It’s a cold one out here! 🥶 Hopefully everyone is bundled up and staying warm with this cold snap. Everybody here is bedded up and fat and happy!
