Lesson schedule this summer!

We are going to be offering some NEW opportunities this year with roping and *hopefully* English lessons! More information will be released as we get closer to summer.

Summer camp info will be out soon also!

Lesson packages are still available for $200/5 lessons (last lesson is over half off). These packages will be limited this year as I want to make sure I am able to honor them.

Can’t wait for horse season to start back up! 🎉🎉

Solid, safe, & fun! This 12 yr old gelding does it all- barrels, poles, flags, all the fun stuff! He is tried & true and honest as the day is long. He is bred very well. Don’t mind his everyday clothes below he is still working on getting fit back up and it’s a bit on the chilly side here 🥶! Would make an excellent youth or senior horse- can sit for months and be pulled out and go no issues. Has done 4H and has excelled, currently 21/22 poles, 3/4D barrels with more in tank, and I do believe would be a great youth rodeo horse. Also trail rides like a boss. We are blessed with some awesome horses! Stella and Jessie escorted the kiddos through the Sayre homecoming parade on Saturday, and then mom and dad hitched a ride with Jeff Agnew on his rollback to the parade starting point. The community loves when we bring the horses out, and the horses love the attention. 😊❤️💙

Barbie is looking for a new home. ❤️ She is husband/ Hey Dude approved 😂 she has not been ridden in months, and stood in the cross ties and rode off like an angel. She has no interest in going fast. Prefers a walk/trot lifestyle. She is AQHA registered, and needs a new career as a riding horse (her broodmare days are over). I would love to see her go to a family.

Barbie is an easy keeper. She gets along with mares and geldings, and is very easy to handle on the ground. Barbie had her left eye removed when she was younger due to an injury in her eye. It does not affect her.

We brought her on to be a broodmare, but she is NOT broodmare sound.

Tomorrow is the last day to register for camp at the discounted rate. This camp will be for campers who have previous riding experience. Camp is set for 7/29-8/2....the trail challenge horse show for campers will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday!

This deadline is important because I try to order customized gifts for campers, craft supplies, and general camp supplies to make sure that they arrive on time. To ensure your spot I ask a $50 deposit.

Why I am sooo aware at all times how kiddos (and adults) are holding their lead ropes. As much as we love horses, they are prey animals and often choose “flight” when scared or nervous. Accidents can happen quickly!

I don’t think I would be able to do lessons this summer without Jessie. ❤️ She is known as “momma” around here for this reason…she takes care of her kids! Olivia is doing an amazing job of listening to Jessie’s cues to learn “feel” when asking with her leg and rein. Jessie is a real live 🦄

Let the horses out on the second pasture today so they could escape the deeper mud in their winter pasture. They were having a blast!
