Hey friends! Happy 2024! 🥳🎈🎉
We have so many new followers and I wanted to let you all know that we see you and we are so grateful for your support! We know we haven't been active lately and we sincerely apologize for that. There have been SO MANY life changes going on with us! ✨️

For those of you who don't know us, we are Emma & Brandon! We are a husband and wife team.💍 We specialize in the education, breeding, and raising the Phiddipus Regius also known as the Regal Jumping spider! 🕷💕

Since this photo was taken we have welcomed our very first baby into the world. We had a baby girl! She's absolutely precious. We couldn't be more grateful for 2023 so we just know that 2024 will be bigger and better with all 3 of us! 🍼🥰

We have so many exciting spidery things that will be happening this Spring & Summer 2024 so stay tuned! Reach out to us with any questions or just to chat! Rise and shine at 4AM tomorrow and arriving at the Capital District Reptile Expo-Spring 2023 by 6AM tomorrow to set up! Doors open for VIP members at 9AM and we are so pumped to see everyone! 🕷❤️ Look for us! We will have the cutest Regal jumpers around! 😄

I feel so blessed to be doing what I love daily and to be able to raise and love these little creatures and observe them. It’s been such an experience learning what I can and sharing tips and tricks with other keepers as well as other enthusiasts! I love to see how curious these spood babies are & how they watch everything that is going on! Watching them hunt is such a treat! 🍭🥰

Sooo tiny! 🥹Last Saturday (March 11th) Saphirre’s first clutch were officially 3 months old. Most have reached i5 and are now even i6! But then there are some little babies that are still i4! It’s very interesting to see their differences in growth and changes. 💫

Lately, I’ve been noticing strange behavior from my spoods since they’ve been watching Naruto. It’s like they think they’re ninja of the Hidden Leaf 🍃…All jokes aside - I love this reel, we are huge Naruto fans in my home. Anyone else? 😊😂

“Sorry about my mess, mom didn’t even tell me I would be having company today!” 😂🥹💜 All of these i5 babies are easily the cutest things I see every day! Ruby just laid her second clutch with us the other day! It is such a gift 🎁 and also a ton of work 🤣 These ladies and their babies are always keeping us on our toes. We easily have over 180 babies on site and we are looking forward to helping them grow and thrive into darling babies such as this one!

my father has been in the hospital since Thursday night and underwent emergency surgery so we are just trying to keep up with posts and updates while also prioritizing time to see and care for my dad. My sister and I spent most of the weekend with him and will continue to go back and forth as he recovers. Thank you so much for all of your endless support and encouragement this community provides! Bless you all 💕

🌈 Sad News: Mama Saphirre the P. Regius crossed the rainbow bridge on Wednesday, as well as our mature male Texanus, Tad on Monday. I’m not sure what happened really, I’m sure there was not much I could do. I offered her a worm on Tuesday and she didn’t take it. She struck and killed it but then just dropped it. I felt like it was coming unfortunately. Same goes with Tad. A few months ago he started hanging out on the bottom of his enclosure & just didn’t have as big of an appetite. It was only a matter of time because again, he was a mature male. 🥺 It just feels so overwhelming and heartbreaking that I just really needed to take a step back and just reflect on their lives and the joy they brought into mine. To have them was such a blessing & I feel like I needed them as much as they needed me. 🌈 I just feel so incredibly honored and grateful to have some of Saphirre’s legacy here to raise and just be proud of them and raising them myself (with my husband). This little baby is from her first egg sack and her second clutch has finally started emerging from their nest! Her second clutch is so much smaller than her first so we are doing everything we can to make sure they survive natural selection 💕 RIP to my sweet babies in heaven eating all the worms & flies they can 😭💜🥰 I miss you guys always watching me with all the curiosity in the world. Xoxo!! Saphirre’s babies will still be available for adoption. This clutch is mostly i5’s & her other babies will be available once they reach i5 ✨💕💕 So much love goes out to my spider people & their spood babies!

More spoody babies that will be available for adoption in just 1 more molt! 🥹 It is so emotional to see pictures from not long ago when they were just little specs. It makes me feel so proud of them & their will to keep going! 💪🏽🤍 Tending to them is a full time job on top of having a job & is not for the weak. If you are considering becoming a jumping spider breeder make sure you have the time and lifestyle to dedicate yourself to their care. It is absolutely worth! 🥰

Instar 4 baby from Saphirre! 🥹 I just am so in love with them. It’s been so rewarding raising these babies and seeing everyone grow 🌱 I can’t wait for them to go to their forever homes when they reach i5! They are just so adorably cute and curious! Today I separated everyone into their own cup so I took some photos when their enclosure is fruit fly carcasses free 😂

Some of Saphirre's babies have molted into i4's which means they are only 1 molt away from being available for adoption! Ruby's first clutch are still in their nest as well as Saphirre's second clutch but it won't be long until they are also available for adoption! ✨ Ruby the Regal Jumper ✨

Ruby’s eggs have hatched into little wiggly worms on 1/25/23 so yesterday we decided to remove the sack from her care to give her a break to recharge and get stronger. She may give us a second clutch in a few weeks. We are keeping our fingers crossed.🤞🏽Here she is looking heckin’ cute! 🤍🥹
