FLF lost two beloved members of our family these last few weeks. Scruffy was a character, so cute, so loyal and such a bully 🙂 he was my buddy and he’ll be greatly missed. Kiwi had been chilling with her friends here for the last 7 years. Sadly we discovered what we thought was a sinus infection was actually cancer. RIP loves, thanks for being such a big part of our lives.

Huge thank you to those who have offered financial support to our community as we rebuild . Melissa Haskell Davis trimmer, O’Hara . Oska Annie Bee and I went out to help an older lady who we had heard had animals and no source of water. Her pasture fence was flattened by the river that came through it and her horses,5 of them, are in her driveway. We brought water and food but that fence needs to go back up so her horses can drink from the river. It’s people like this who desperately need our help, they cannot help themselves and the cost of metal fencing is stupid. I’ll be funneling the donations I’ve received towards getting her fence up. Oska Gobin will be providing the labor of love. Hope to have her in better shape within a few days. Please share my previous post, as time goes on the ripple effect of down fences, loose animals and no water is spreading.

Please read. My mom and her wonderful community have raised some funds that enabled Oska and me to go buy some fencing to donate that will be desperately needed as our community prepares to rebuild. This fencing and other generously donated supplies can be picked up at Olive branch cattle Company in Marion, check their page. Any funds donate to us will be converting into fencing materials and distributed as needed. Thanks so much for all your good wishes. My animals are safe, we don’t have power or water but we are have clean water brought in. Working hard every day to get these trees moved.

Anyone looking for a sweet, good new bestie. Meet Donut. He’s a medium size cattle dog mix.🤷‍♀️  he knows basic commands, is good with other dogs and great in the car.  he’s best suited for an active household, as he’s a young dog who likes to go for walks and swims.  more information about this great guy you can reach out to me or contact. We’ve been fostering and working with this rescue for a little while now. They have some really great dogs and cats that would sure love a home and family of their own. We can help with transport my friends and family in the New England area if you have any questions about any of these animals, please let me know , a good amount of time with all of them also last but not least please share
