Hey there guys, this is a post I didn't really want to make this soon but it must be done. Can everyone give my friend just a little bit of a break? Are all of you aware she has a CHRONIC auto-immune disease that she fights every day? I want to throw a quick reminder in here for all

WE CANNOT CONTROL THE USPS, UPS, FEDEX ETC…..

Legacy Sharpening is a SMALL BUSINESS that runs off the backs of 2 of the most amazing professional people I know. It has been successfully running for over 5 years now and things have grown so much they had to pull in another person, aka ME. I am aware that most of the people here know Chancey on a personal level so why in the world are we messaging her at all hours and asking about stuff that has already had updates posted about? All of the constant messaging and lack of help from any of the other companies that actually caused this issue is more than draining this already stretched to her max woman. This post will serve as the last post that will have any mention and information on this lost shipment of inventory.

On June 18, 2024, the USPS lost a package that was meant to replenish Chancey’s full inventory. As of this moment, the shipment is still lost and we are doing everything in our power to find it. We have a tracking number and a “missing mail search ID” but they are useless when no one is actually looking for this package. I wish we could personally hunt this package down, I guarantee we would find it but when an item being lost doesn’t directly hurt the USPS, they have no reason to care. So I am asking those of you who have asked multiple times where your items are to please just hang tight. This has never happened to Legacy, in all of their years this is the FIRST package to be lost and hopefully will be the last. Now, can we all just chill, have a great start to the new week please.
