Tail Waggon Pet Services and Transport was opened in February of 2021 by our CEO, Inger Oldenbrugh. Inger has fourteen years of veterinary technician training and schooling. She got into veterinary medicine by following her grandmother's footsteps. She grew up watching her grandfather pack horses and was involved from a very young age in the horse community with Back Country Horsemans Association
and Northern New Mexico Horsemans Association. In 4H Inger raised goats, rabbits and llamas. There was never a pet that she didn't love. While working in the veterinary field, Inger saw a need for trained pet sitters to help clients with pets with medical issues. Plenty of calls asked for help from the staff to get pets to the clinics. Inger saw the gap between the two, so Tail Waggon Pet Services and Transport was opened to fill the requests from the community's pet lovers. All of our team members love all animals and that is why they are here, to provide the very best quality of care. All members must complete their training from NAPS, National Association of Pet Sitters.
