Please Read!!

I am posting this video for a few reasons.

One: in an attempt to catch these people. If anybody has any information on who this family is, please give The Puppy Burrow a call at 570-580-0405. Thank you!! 

The people involved in the attempted theft are the young boy dressed all in blue, his older brother (who is carrying a large black bag,) and the father the boy is seen leaving with at the very end of the video. 

Two: To warn other small businesses in the area to keep an eye out for this family. This was not something they did on a whim. They knew exactly which puppy they were going for and what pen he was in. This whole thing was planned. So if they’re out here trying to steal from us, I can only imagine they’re stealing from other businesses as well.

And Three: To say thank you to the two women who were in the Puppy Burrow at around 1:30 Sunday afternoon, who stopped this boy from leaving with the puppy and also warned my son’s girlfriend that the boy had gone behind the counter and tried to steal the puppy.

Both women left after telling Chloe about the boy, but because of their tip, she was able to keep a really close eye on this family and prevent any theft.

For anyone watching the video and wondering why Chloe did not take immediate steps to tell this family to leave, she was trying to give the young boy the benefit of the doubt and hoping it was a misunderstanding. The kid only looks about 10 years old and there was a language barrier and she thought maybe he was just being a clueless kid who had thought he was allowed behind the counter.


Everyone who follows this page or follows us closely knows how much we love these dogs. Everyone who has ever come into our store knows how careful we are about who we sell our puppies to. I’m just so so grateful that little Humbug is still with us!!

MISSING CAT $500 REWARD

Hi guys,

We are very sad right now as our cat, Buta, has been missing since last night. I have her pic/info up on a bunch of lost and found boards and we’ve been looking for her all day.

I thought I would try to put Buta up on our business page here, in the hopes that one of our local followers has seen her!

Again, we are offering a $500 REWARD for her return. Buta is missing from Echo Lake Road in Pocono Farms , Tobyhanna.

No scammers. Don’t bother texting me “I found your cat,” and then saying you’re an animal control officer who needs a six digit verification code in order to give me any more information. Someone already tried that. I’m not stupid. It’s not gonna work. If you tell me you have my cat, I will expect a picture as proof.

I genuinely do not even have words to describe this precious pup. Winston is so sweet and gentle, great with children, very intelligent, loves other animals, becomes best friends with everyone he meets, is energetic enough to have tons of fun with, but also loves a nice nap and a good snuggle. In short, he is the perfect little dog! Do yourself a favor and stop by to give him a hug!

HAPPY NATIONAL PET DAY!!

Here’s our whole crew! From left to right: Oak the Pomeranian, Winky the Chihuahua, Sooty Paws the Morkie, behind Sooty— you have to look —is Fen the Chihuahua and behind Fen is the leader of the pack (and our esteemed CEO,) Roland Deschain, then Pancakes the Mini Walrus and lastly (but absolutely never least) is Gansey the Labradoodle 😊😊😊

If you took the time to read all of that, I’m quite impressed! And don’t forget to swipe left to see the Lady of the Manor and High Queen of us all, Buta the Cat.

All the dogs adore Buta and she enjoys hanging out with them—but only when she’s in the mood. The rest of the time she lounges on the bed, ignoring us and happily pretending she lives by herself.
