Leather, hand tooled, custom 13" saddle

Mini farmer is selling her saddle she had for her pony. It was only used 2-3 times and is in great shape. There is a small discoloration on the seat - shown in pictures. It would probably come off with leather cleaner. Saddle pad and girth included included.

Celia has one hell of a birth story and I'll be sharing it once I can get it all organized in my head and typed out. It was weird and crazy.

I have so many people to thank for holding my hand and heart this weekend. Of course Bill came through for me as always with his wise advice. So many friends checking on us - Caroline, Brenda, Dana, Amanda, Brittney, Leeanna, Tracy... you were all so wonderful and thoughtful. Even the local school bus driver, Deb, seriously came through for me. She's such a dear friend. My vet couldn't come but texted me a protocol to use.

My son was a godsend. Mini farmer was a huge help. My husband sat and watched the pot but nothing happened on his watch.

Anyway, we have Cherokee and Primrose. It was so traumatic that neither will probably be leaving me. They'll probably just move into the house once weaned and sleep in my bed forever 🤷🏻‍♀️

My son told me I jinxed her naming her Celia Foote hence the rose names

I'll get pictures of both babies today. Pictured below is Cherokee. He's wild and untamed and all over the place.

Andrea has asked for a baby to go with her other piggy baby for a while now. This was her Valentine's present this year 😍 she named him Templeton. He learned sit quickly after getting home and has become her shadow. She's in love!!

Our favourite farm addition to date has been these kunekunes. Being able to have the kids out with me and not have to worry about pushy or aggressive pigs has been a huge relief. To be honest, I was very much against having pigs while we had small children. Ryan had to be the one to convince me with all of his research and I am now hooked. Our boar is definitely the most friendly but until I trim his tusks, the kids are closely supervised while we are in with him. If you are looking to ease your way into pigs and you have zero experience, I can’t recommend this breed enough. Feel free to pm me if you are looking for producer recommendations or if you see any of our pigs or piglets you might be interested in!

These babies have been with mom for over 24 hours after being born on the coldest night in the recent polar vortex. The nights have been long by running babies from the house to the barn to nurse or last night, checking cameras and temps every hour. I’m so happy to see babies that get to stay with their mamas.

Last night, we said goodbye to 3 of our piglets! Snowglobe, Keychain and Postcard are all heading to their new home in Tennessee with our amazing friends brookefarm 🤗 It’s been such a joy watching these little beans grow! I have no doubt that their new mom, little Miss Isla, will have them trained in no time. She is very excited and we are excited for her! Watching everything come full circle on my farm and seeing these sweet piggies go to amazing homes just makes me job 100x more priceless! Blessed to do what I do, connecting humans with animals🫶🏻

Back when this boy thought he was marrying a normal girl. He never realized that one day she'd have him living and raising Kunekune pigs and living with a bunch of senior rescued dogs. Good thing he still loves her almost 33 years later.

I don't ever like a first time gilt to farrow without back up. Celia Foote is due Feb 14 and her mother, Black Leg Peg, is due February 23. I'm kinda nervous about how many she's got stewing in there. She's bred to Hoda and their last litter together was 12. Both girls have nice 7/7 teat lines so we should be good there!

This is my 💜 pig here, my beautiful Peg. She's one you will NEVER see leave my farm.
