Is your dog jumping on people when you greet them at the door? The best thing that you can do correct this behavior is teach them the place command. Once they have this obedience command down. This allows you to tell them to go to their place which would be their training mat, bed, or place you have designated for them when you give them that command. Then they have have a chance to calm down while you greet your guests and at that point if you want to allow them off their place to greet you guests in a more controlled environment you can. This is a really helpful command for them to have this time of year when we are having some many people over for the holidays.
