Betty, Rudy and April
Betty is 1, she’s lovely… left abandoned in a home.. she is sweet, kind and dogs don’t seem to bother her at all!
Rudy is 4 months old and April is 7 months old. These 2 beautiful cats are at Pet Supplies Plus.

Not even 24 hours post amputation. Look at this perfectly charming kitten? She was living on the streets with a shattered leg… She’s going to have a long beautiful life…

Thank you for saving this girl! Sometimes it’s a big team effort. Barb Betts, posted about a kitten with a shattered leg and we helped put a plan in place.
Laura Groves brought her to Medina today and Mission Possible completed her full leg amputation.
Kelley Blackburn picked her up and she goes home with Beth Ewing tomorrow for medical foster.
This is the beauty of team work.
We are praying for this 2.5 pound lil one and we’re hoping in 4-6 weeks she will be ready for someone’s lovely home.
Beth gets the honor of naming her.
She sure is a pretty little one.

30 cats in for TNR this week, we also helped some others that really needed some extra help. Adoptions with the kitten crew- Cathy Hanton Denman and Kelley Blackburn are going great and Pet Supplies plus is our home store.
We had many pregnant moms.. This is so sad on many levels… such young cats. These cats will have a much better chance at health now.
We are very grateful for our fosters, transporters and vet clinics!! Our 2 new barn homes let us know that the new additions are breaking in well to their new surroundings!!
We love hearing and seeing pics!!
What a way to start kitten season!!

Big trap day at a Lodi residence.. the home owner did a great job and made it happen 13 going in tomorrow and 5 to go.
We have 18 counted so far on a sunday evening. 🙀🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Team Medina Meow Fix… we placed 2 lovely cats with a lovely family today! Our barn forms are a great hit and it gives heartfelt info on aclimation and care of these wonderful cats!
Off 2 a happy life you 2!!

Sometimes you feel they will be happy indoors.. then they submissive p*e and come alive at night… or they toss a growl and swipe.. they crave to be in that indoor/ outdoor situation. These 2 fit that bill after grey being fostered for 6 weeks and the pretty young gal just not quite loving your gentle caress or the indoor scene.
These will be perfect for mouse control and will love their new family.

We’re still working on the Pittsburg colony. 5 have come in. They have been updated but Fang, black kitty being pet in this photo, became very ill.
I want to thank Endless Trails, Dr Lisa Mokos, she is awesome! He was coughing and wheezing with ear discharge. Since he’s not a regular house cat and lived outdoors his whole life it’s a bit trickier but Dr. Lisa was able to give a shot of penicillin and Convenia so easily!! He’s being humidified right now and we’re hoping he gets better fast.

This has definitely been a project for the caretakers in Pittsburg. We give them a lot of credit for loving these cats.
Thank you Julie for housing them during transition.
We’re thankful for the amazing barns helping us.

What do you do when everyone says “NO?” You keep looking for help this is not only true in personal life, looking for doctors and help but this year it seems to be rampant in the animal world. We know we can’t help everyone but we sure try to extend a large helping hand.
We have 10 cats coming in from out of state that were threatened with death. We are updating them and wonderful people stepped forward to barn home them! No one in the Pittsburg area would help this woman but she heard of us and we helped.

We have had a couple calls from extremely urgent situations. All turned away from other rescues due to financial reasons.. you can’t ask rescues to fund projects on their own but once in a while you are so compelled to reach out because the situation really needs helping.
We will be helping a resident with a large amount of feral cats. These as per usual were sent to a “farm” via drive by. Sometimes they stay sometimes they don’t but these have re produced with each other and as you know in breeding causes problems.
So we will help, hopfully getting this colony effectively controlled.
We have another 10 that are being Tnr’d at another residence and my friend is bringing her 5 barn cats im
Tomorrow. Off to a busy spring….
The MMF kitten crew is busy as well.
They have adopted 60 out since November!!

A wonderful friend to the stray cats in his area.. my highschool friend Mike Koch helped this beat up Tom cat and took him for a follow up today. He is all fixed up, vaccinated and he is so so sweet. Mike brought him over and Julie Pflaum got to check him out with me too. He’s super sweet.
He’s looking for an indoor home for him. He’s FLV negative FIV positive.
Just means he might get a cold a little easier. He’s 3-4 years old. As sweet as he is, he was definitely an Indoor cat once.
