New Changes are coming to PPG Starting in JUNE.
Please take note that this is not personal and is a must need Business change that need to take place. After 4 years of grooming, I need to make some harsh decisions to continue to be able to serve my clients to my fullest potential.
1. Price increases, due to rise in product cost unfortunately. All prices will increase by $10.00.

2. I will now be placing a policy on no shows, late drop off and late pick up, less then 24hr Cancelation fees.
-No Show Fees are 50% of the cost of full grooming services. you'll need to pay this fee before you can reschedule another appointment for Grooming Service's if you miss an appointment. If you no show 3 time's even with paying the no show fee, I'll have to Drop you as a client. My time is super limited and i need to be able to help other clients who want to be on my regular grooming books.
-Late Drop Off fee's will be $10.00 for every 10mins you are late from the time of your grooming schedule. this also may result in a cancel on my behalf to keep my grooming day going smoothly. (I'll make the discretional call at the time) (This means if you are scheduled for an 8am and don't arrive tell 8:10, I'll charge you, even if you text me that you are running late. I need to stay on schedule to keep my clients schedule flowing smoothly.
-Late Pick-up fee's will be $10.00 for every 15mins of being late of time of text. I send out a ("can head this way when I am 15mins of being finished with the grooming") As I do 1 on 1 grooming's and don't have kennels to keep, your dogs until you decide you want to come get them.) exception is if you talk to me a head of time and make arrangements to have your dog stay extra time, this does not mean stay all day, as I am not also a daycare dog center.
-Client Last Minute Cancelations that are less then 24hrs notice, there will be a 50% fee, total cost of groom. This will need to be paid before you are allowed to make another grooming schedule appointment. (This means if the client cancels).
-If I the groomer needs to cancel last minute, there will be no charge, this also mean if the groomer needs to move your appointment to another day as well.
4. Payment is due Immediately upon pick up, this means when you come to get your pup, please be ready to pay at the time of service. I cannot allow " I'll pay you when I get home or can I pay you tomorrow, it is not my job to keep hounding clients to remember to pay for grooming Service's I've had too much trouble with this issue unfortunately.
5. Grooming Appointment Scheduling. Please TEXT ME, As I do not have time to check voice mails every day, I honestly rarely even check voice mails.
6. Facebook updates, I try my best to do Facebook memo's when I am either booked out for a while, weather situations (winter conditions (extreme snow conditions) Summer heat conditions (my room gets very hot when the outside temps hit the 70's, and I don't take the chance of myself or dogs over heating in my room, as I do not have air conditioning.)
