Urban Paw has been pampering a lot of new faces! 🐶

We wanted to take the time to re-introduce ourselves!

We have all loved being apart of your pups life! It brings us so much joy to love on them + pamper your fur babies! 🫧

Starting from left to right below!

🐶Amanda has been with urban paw for 3 years now and has been in the grooming field for a total of 5 years. She loves meeting new faces and getting to know their story. In Amanda’s free time she loves to draw, spend time with her family, and do DIY projects! We love having Amanda apart of our team!

🐶Isaiah has been in the grooming field for 10+ years now! He has been such an amazing asset to our team. Continuing to teach our baby groomers and providing love and care to every pup that comes through the door. In Isaiah’s free time he loves spending time with his animals on his farm. We are so thankful to have Isaiah on our team!

🐶Kaitlin is our bather she’s learning how to become groomer. Kaitlin has the most gentle loving soul when it comes to animals especially her clients. In Kaitlin’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, training with her pups, and going to concerts when she can! We absolutely adore her and love having her apart of our team!

We are so excited to spend time with our clients and meet all the new pups! Thank you for being apart of the Urban Paw Family! 🐶💛

Please welcome Fred to the DTE Pack! Fred is a young Doberman full of energy. He was a good boy but his owners needed some obedience to control all of that energy. The pictures show Fred maintaining a sit far away from his owner. This was only the 2nd training lesson with Fred and he is already maintaining a sit with a bunch of distractions around!!

Please welcome Beefy to the Pack! Beefy just completed his 3rd in-home session today. When we met him, his family was frustrated with his poor manners and lack of impulse control. Join our fast-growing pack here at Dog Training Elite! Our team is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person with a passion for helping our Brand grow and ensuring our users operate to the highest potential on the systems/tools provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions on various brand-wide systems, including the CRM, G-Suite, Twilio, LearningZen and DogStar DMS
• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed

Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review
Benefits:
