All the animals are in their cozy sheds but the ducks are not cooperating 🤣

We have so many updates to give you guys !

But Let’s start with Rodger 🐶
He was re named Duke by his new family and he’s thriving well in his new home. It was an instant bond between his new family and his paw brother we just couldn’t ask for a better match 🤍

He now lives in a farm home and has tons of new farm friends and gets spoiled daily by his new family.

This wouldn’t be possible without your support we appreciate each and everyone of you 🐶

It takes a village and if it wasn’t for for posting Atticus 💔 we would have never seen him.

He is now known as Rodger 🐾
This was his third time at the shelter and we just knew in our hearts that we had to go get him. So far he has been such a great boy 🥹 he gets along well with other dogs and cats and he looooves children ! We just don’t understand why he has been to the shelter this many times 🥹

We have amazing news to share with you guys soon about Rodger stay tuned 🤍

Happy Sunday everyone Lionel just wanted to stop by and thank everyone for their support his leg is healing beautifully we still have a long recovery❤️‍🩹 But everything so far is looking great !

Rhino is healing well ❤️‍🩹

His scabs are falling off nicely and his skin is looking a lot better. He is such a wonderful boy I just can’t imagine what he endured. His life now consist of play time with his paw friends , laying in his king size bed with lots of toys and lots of love ❤️ We love him so much already and we are very thankful he came into our lives !

Lionel’s update 🐾

Lionel is doing well with us he is the sweetest boy ever even after all he has been through. He’s currently on strict bed bed rest until we see some healing progress. Our vet recommended we amputate his leg but we want to fight to keep his leg. He will be getting splinted every 3 days and he will be on antibiotics and pain medication. This will be a long road of recovery but we will do anything to give him his best chance. We want to thank everyone that has donated and shared his story. We see you and we are forever grateful!

Meet Rhino 🦏

This baby was seized by animal control with another dog that is in critical condition and currently under Long Beach Shelters care. We don’t know much about Rhinos past, but his scars tell us a story. We believe he was abused, he has old and new wounds/scars all over his body. He’s healing now and safe with us. When I picked him up from ( Volunteer transporter ) I placed him in the car and put my hand against his cheek and a tear went down his face, at that moment I decided that he would become part of our family 🥹 He’s so sweet even after all he has been through and we can’t wait to show you his progress.

But we need your help his buddy will need medical care and we could use any help we can get, anything counts. He will be coming to us this Friday since he is set to be euthanized and we can’t allow this to be his fate.

Our feed store has an amazing feed deal going on and we need your help to raise funds for feed 🙏

They are selling $10 buckets ( like the red one ) two buckets fill up a 50lb bag of feed. With feed cost rising we need to stock up on feed we have over 100 residents at our rescue.

Today we visited to pick up two ducks that were abandoned and most likely bought during Easter time 🐣 that our new friends rescued.

We met so many residents specially our favorite Larry the duck 😍 and we can’t forget Olivia the piggie ! We love their home and we can’t wait to visit them again !

Kiwi 🥝 is just pulling at my heart

Kiwi was surrendered by her owner.
She lived in an apartment and unfortunately she was to loud for her living environment. Before that she was re homed 6 other times 🥹

We rescued a Highland mini cow with her best friend ( Lamb) If you are a Patreon you saw it first !

We were told our rescue friend Zee unexpectedly passed away. She was an anchor in our rescue community. Some of her animals needed to be re-homed and we decided to step in and take a bonded pair ( Cow & Lamb)

We have not decided on their names yet but we are open to any recommendations 🥰

We named her Lana 🐶At only 6 months old she was surrendered due to her nipping and being mouthy 😏 She was in the process of getting adopted but her adopter cancelled. So we immediately jumped into action to get her, and that’s when she came into our care. Nipping is very common in their breed people need to do their research first and educate themselves before adopting any dog. So far she’s been amazing 🥹 She’s so sweet and gets along well with other dogs. We are still evaluating her and soon she will be up for adoption. I just can’t believe this is the same girl we rescued from the Riverside Shelter 🥹 When I met Liam ( Story coming soon ) I saw Raven, they were both in the back out of public’s view.
