I'm so happy to report, our longest foster Sitka, has been adopted! He has been through a lot in his short life but has always been the sweetest boy through all of it. His new mom was drawn to his sweet personality and demeanor right away. They have already gone on some hikeing adventures and look forward to many more. Sitka is still going through PT and his new mom is ready to take that on as well. We are so lucky to have found him the perfect home. We couldn't be happier. See you around sweet dude, we will miss you 😍♥️😍♥️

Sergio ❤️ how in the world have you not been adopted. This special little dude is approx 2 years old. Neutered, vaccinated, chipped. Loves hiking, making new friends 2 legged and 4 legged, cuddling, playing, jumping, you name it this guy in down for the ride. Honestly he is the total package. He is one I would keep if I could. A Big thank you to for inviting us to the Barkus Parade yesterday. We had a great time, seeing some great costumes and beautiful pups. Puppies got some sweet snuggles and we had one adopt! Thank you all that attended and made a donation. It is always greatly appreciated ❤️

Update on Sitka!

For those of you who have been following sitka's care he had an FHO surgery back in the first part of November and he just has done really well but just hasn't come along as quickly as we thought he would with using his leg. So today he went to his first appointment in Durango to see a physical therapist and get some laser treatment and he did great. She was very optimistic about his prognosis and thought that he was a great candidate for all the physical therapy, gave us a lot of great tips so I was very happy with our appointment and ordered him some physical therapy obstacles that we can use to help him move along quickly so I'm excited to see what the next month looks like for him and how far he can go

Foster Needed!!! This little momma needs a warm lap to snuggle her. She is the momma to the litter we are bringing in tomorrow. A Weiner mix. Approx 4-5 years old. Vaccines, spayed today. She is coming to us from not the best situation.... Lots of dogs, many puppies, food was minimal. Same story from a different household. Please consider opening your heart and home to her. She deserves the best. Look at those eyes, they will tug at your heart ❤️💕

😍🤪 Alrighty folks, we need puppy fosters!! We for sure are bringing in the short haired litter tomorrow and I'd like to bring in the fluffies as well but need to line up fosters first. Who's looking for some puppy fun??

Puppy Yoga, not much yoga, lots of laughs! Thank you PLPOA Rec center for inviting back for puppy yoga. The puppies such do enjoy all the attention. If you would like to join us next time keep a look out for the next class. We will be scheduling another real soon 🐾🐕🤪

Our Sweet boy Uncle Fester got adopted this evening. He is such a sweet guy that deserves the best and we think it's with his new parents. He will get to go on lots of adventures and play with lots of friends. Who are so excited for him. 😍
