Two silky babies have hatched so far!
Today, on one of my many walks for the day in my attempt to potty train, I have enclosed a video. You may enjoy seeing these little babies simply being babies. As I walk today, I am reminded of the simplicity of our life here. We live a modest life, yet I am continually humbled by the many blessings we have. We continue to grieve the loss of our son Chris and as our heart heals, God continues to provide us with many blessings that encourage us to move forward.
We thank everyone for their support, even those who do not know that we lost our son 2 years ago. The interaction through this page as well as through our breeding program helps us move forward and remember how truly blessed we are.
Many of you know that we have chickens. We have enjoyed having these little alien-like creatures in our life. This year we decided to incubate some eggs! You may find this video very cool. Here we are candling a 7- Day incubated egg. You will see the embryo inside moving. It's so incredible!
Ruby with Marvin. Marvin resembles his Grandmother Ruby so much! He is so tiny, only weighing 1.1lbs at 6 weeks old. ❤️🐾
