Beautiful Morning to all of you! ☝🏼🥰
I wanted to reach out to you all, to fill you in on a few things that I have been dealing with behind the scenes.
Unfortunately, this past June, I found out I have a tumor in my abdomen. After biopsies and pathology report came back, my family and I were relieved it was benign. 🙏🏼🥹
I was hoping to push this surgery off to January. However, the tumor has increased in size and is spreading, so I am making the difficult decision to have surgery much sooner. In fact surgery will be October 21st.
My recovery time is about three months, but I’m hoping that everything goes smoothly and with God‘s grace I can return back to work as soon as possible.
I also understand that many of you are scheduled all the way through the end of the year I will be reaching out to you personally if I need to move your appointments in anyway.

Of course Amanda is happy to do any baths, D sheds and nail trims. She has also been working closely with me on learning final touches on grooms , and I have no doubt in my mind she will be up and ready in no time!
So, with that being said, if you choose to schedule your pups during my time away with Amanda, We will be offering a slight discount temporarily for full grooming “haircut’s”.
If you choose to go elsewhere during this time, we completely understand and hope to see you back. 🙏🏼☝🏼

I would like to ease your minds and at least offer some referrals to some local groomers that I personally love, and trust my clients baby’s with! ☝🏼🥰

Helloo Everyone!! I hope each and everyone of you is doing great! 🙏🏼🥰

I was hoping to be able to reach everybody individually before all of this, but it sometimes difficult to do so,
So I wanted to come on here and let everyone know that I had surgery this past Wednesday on my hand, and that I am out of work until at least the first, second week of October.

Wanted to see who are my foster friends?

Looking to help a friend get a group of volunteers together that would help Foster some cats for a local rescue.

Our first candidate ☝🏼
Currently we have a pregnant kitty 🐈‍⬛ that needs a foster home that could keep her until she has her babies and they are weaned off.

There are more cases as rescues are full, but this cat is a sweetheart and needs a nice quiet place to have her kittens. If anyone is interested in helping not just for this cat, but for future fostering opportunities please feel free to message me here or contact Brooke Moses 💜

Helloooo to my Paw Family!! 💜💜
Just wanted to send out a reminder, that our shop will be closed starting tomorrow, May 7th and we will be returning June 11th.
If you have scheduled any baths or nail trims with Amanda while I am away, rest assured those appointments are still good.

All grooming (full haircuts) will be postponed until my return in June.
Also, all calls, texts, and emails will not be answered during this time, but I WILL respond to everyone in the order as I received them once I’m up and feeling a little better. 🙏🏼💜

Oh my!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ it has been such a long time since I’ve posted on here!! You guys sure keep me and my heart busy! ❣️❤️ THANK YOU! ☺️

I do want to reach out and let everybody know of a few announcements below …

First and foremost, I owe a lot of messages to you guys from the last week and a half , and I want to address, I will be answering those messages within the next 24 hrs. 🙏🏼
I truly appreciate all of your patience. ☺️

Secondly, and sadly, I am announcing that our shop will be temporarily closed starting May 6th until the 2nd week of June.
I am aware of this inconvenience this may cause, however, Amanda has carved out days during that time to do any baths, brushouts, nail trims, etc.
Please note; there will be NO Groomer on site.

**Only bath dogs / or nail trims during this time will be accepted, all other grooming/haircuts will be postponed until my return. **

To our amazing Paw family, we have some sad news to share..
One of our long time clients lost her mother unexpectedly Monday 🥺
And a meal train has been created for the families below.
If anyone has the time and is able to donate to help this family a little bit and to ease some of the worry so they can prepare for proper arrangements. Any little bit can go a long way! 🙏🏼

We are back at it again! 🥰
Everyone, Please Meet Miss Layla she is 8 months old and is searching for the perfect home!!
Miss Layla’s story begins, when she was adopted by an older couple that realized quickly they couldn’t take proper care of her.
She was then taken in by a couple that unfortunately luck wasn’t on their side, and they were unable to care for her properly due to their less than good situation.
She was then picked up by a lovely couple that is fostering her currently, in a safe environment until she could find her forever home. 💜

She is not spaded, and their are no documentation on her shots. Even though original owners stated said she is up to date.
So she will need to been seen for proper vet care on shots, etc

Layla is super loving and plays well with other animals.
Her foster family is working on her potty training which they said she picked it up pretty quick. She listens very well, and has a huge heart ♥️

Gosh you guys! 🥹🥹 I FEEL
the love! 💓 LITERALLY, Thank you 🙏🏼 I needed this today. 🥹

I want to keep everyone in the loop:
Yesterday after FINALLY posting to you all after several months of not. It felt so good!! I missed that interaction with my PP Family, so MUCH!!

💜 But, life sometimes has a way of shifting gears in the matter of seconds.
Last night I was notified that my uncle collapsed and my mom had called the squad, paramedics performed CPR on him for a little over 20 minutes. Sadly, soon after my uncles arrival to the hospital…Well, God decided it was his time to come home. 🥺

This as you know, has been extremely difficult for our families, as this has been the 3rd passing since early May for us. So our hearts are broken, and as we adjust please understand I will respond back to each and everyone of you in order as I received messages these last several days. Starting by next week.

Thank you for you patience and understanding, truly your support for us shows loud and clear, which warms our hearts ❤️

To my Purple Paw Family,
I’m sorry I’ve gone ghost on y’all. 🥺
Things have been rather crazy on our end.
It’s been one WILD year, as many of you know. We welcomed our longed and prayed for baby boy, Kayden 🥹🙌🏼
Who just turned one this past Wednesday! 🥳
As a FIRST time mother, a small business owner, a wife, and mama to 5 fur babies….Well, it’s been quite an adjustment for me to say the least.
So I want to Thank each and everyONE of you for your patience, understanding, LOVE, and loyalty you guys have shown us.
We have some truly amazing clients who have gone above and beyond more than anything this past year ♥️ I appreciate you!

Unfortunately at this time. I am suffering with health issues, and will not be able to accept any new clients at this time.
It just pains me, because my heart wants to help everyone. But at this time I will need to start focusing on our current clients and most importantly, my health.

I would also like to address messaging.
I’m not able to keep up with the amount of texts, calls, emails on a daily basis. It’s too much as I’m a personable person and I want to be able to give each and everyone of you my full undivided attention. I will be taking off messenger on FB. and have removed IG.
All request for current clients can still be texted to my number. Or email: [email protected].
I am trying to narrow down point of contact to keep things more organized.

Also, we are always at LEAST booked out 6-8 weeks at a time. Please keep that in mind. It’s so HARD for me to squeeze in dogs when I’m booked. 😩 I have a tight schedule these days, and when scheduling gets disrupted even by a no show, or you are running 20 mins late, it cuts into everyone else’s time, which is important to me because every pup that comes into my shop deserves full on attention and good quality.

Few courtesy reminders;
I groom out of my home for a reason, to give your pups comfort of “feeling” like their in a home away from home.
But, I am still a groomer. Not a boarding place. So please if you have work meetings and don’t plan on picking your pups up for hours, do NOT tell me this when your dropping your pup off.
If you tell me in advance, I will be more than HAPPY to make arrangements and adjustments to accommodate that. I don’t mind.

Also, I am appointment based only.
I will mot make appointments if you stop by my house, especially after work hours.

If your pup is matted, be sure to mention this at time of making appointment. This will help me adjust appointment space so I have time to work out matting which can require a lot of time In some cases.

If you suspect your pup has fleas. Do NOT tell me this when you walk into our door.
This is something that I should be aware of ahead of time so we can go through proper arrangements. So we can keep a clean and safe environment.
