“Gotcha” Weekend(s) have come & gone for our Valley & Poppy litters… everybody is with their new families and already doing so well!

We have received multiple updates, each puppy seems to have went to that perfect fit family!!!

“GOTCHA” Weekend is here for Poppy’s litter!!!

Just a recap from our 6 week vet appt, because some times we fall a little behind 🐾

WHEW!!! 🥶
This cold weather that hit North LA was no joke, we are still iced in with not much improvements to our roads. Everybody is warm & doing good!

Luckily, we were able to make it to the vet office for Valley’s puppies to get their vet check before the weather hit… a little inside look at what goes down at tbeir vet appt! All passed with flying colors & got cleared for “GOTCHA” weekend!

5 WEEKS for POPPY X TUCKER’s 7 -
This litter has grown so fast… faster than normal!!!

They are:
• spunky & sweet
• thick coated (fluffy)
• very personable
• love to cuddle

Coming from parents that are both red, this litter should continue to darken with age 🤩

🎉 4.5 YEARS Y’ALL 🎉
We have been here for 4.5 years
& heading into YEAR 5 in 2024…

• THANK YOU • from the bottom of our hearts for being here, for loving our dogs & puppies, & for supporting our family in our passion to raise healthy and happy AKC Golden Retriever puppies for you to bring home!

Through the years, we have had our fair share of ups & downs… trials & tribulations. There is always new stuff to learn in this industry. But one thing is for sure, our love for this has never wavered. 2023 was a hard year… VERY hard, the puppy market is over saturated & the economy is in the worst shape it’s been in since we started. But yet y’all have still continued to show up.

Pictured, is all the contracts & families we have had the pleasure to meet along the way thus far - the people who are part of our “Geaux Golden” family, the ones who have made this passion of ours possible.

With the New Year here, we are looking forward to watching the mountain of contracts grow, we are excited for all the new families and faces we will meet in 2024, & we are excited to continue to watch our past puppies bring love & joy to their families.

We are SO in love with our VALLEY X MURPHY’s litter of 9, 8 weeks is never near long enough for us 🥲

4 WEEK PUP-DATE:
They are everything we were hoping they’d be - THICK, BLOCK HEADED, GOLDEN (with a few lighter & darker), sweet, and so so cuddly!!!

Surprisingly we have TWO (2️⃣) spots still open, so HURRY - RUN - JUMP because they won’t last long.

We are always amazed at how quickly puppies grow & change… some faster than others BUT they are all like little weeds once they are in the world and outside of mamas womb, hands down one of the neatest experiences, and we never get tired of it!

Happy Retirement Day MAGGIE! ✨

Our sweet Maggie Mae headed into the vet this AM to get spayed, praying for stead hands for the surgeons working on her & an easy recovery.

Maggie was our first golden we purchased and helped us start “Geaux Golden”, she is the OG!
We purchased Maggie as an 8 week old puppy from a family in South Louisiana. Maggie was the best mama & loved all her babies so much!!! She threw the most beautiful auburn colored babies you have ever seen, and has blessed families from all over with her offspring…. Cheers to you sister girl, THANK YOU, WE LOVE YOU MAGS!!! We are so proud to call you ours -

All is right in the world 💕

Little Girl & her puppies have adjusted to life so well after the emergency c-section. Some times it is hard for mamas to bounce back after such a traumatic event, but Little Girl sure hasn’t missed a beat!!!

For us, our girls don’t get bred until atleast their 2nd OR 3rd heat cycle - this gives them time to grow and mature and usually puts them around 2yo by the time they have their 1st litter. A long process but we love having this time with them to watch them grow and learn their personalities! They LOVE running around with each other 🐾

When you just had puppies.... but live in North LA where it doesn’t hardly ever snow - you take a break from feeding the puppies to run around outside for a min 🙃 Chloe is LOVING it!!! 5 INCHES of snow over night already y’all! This weather is wild!

When you spend 3.5 HRS at the vet, with a toddler and 18 puppies... 😅 Both Maggie’s & Millie’s puppies got their 6 week shots today!!! Everyone checked out GREAT - and getting that much closer to meeting their new families! ♥️♥️♥️ #goldenretrieverpuppies (MILLIE X MURPHY LITTER IN VIDEO)

SHOT DAY @ the vet for PENNY X PARKER puppies! 🐶♥️ We are anxiously waiting our turn to be seen so we can get all the lovings from the staff at McMahen’s! I think this is every litters FAVORITE day because they get spoiled rotten with lovings from the min they walk in to the min they leave! 😅 GOTCHA DAY for these sweet babies are just a few short weeks away!!! #goldenretrieverpuppies
