16.1 stone to 11.7 stone. So I’ve decided to not stress about getting to my ‘goal weight’ of 11 stone, I’ve stayed around 11.7 since January & I’m exercising around 4 times a week, I’m still losing a few inches every time I measure so I think this is a happy weight for me. I’d rather work out & get fitter than be skinny & 9 stone 🏋️‍♀️
