I have made the difficult decision to shut Barkingham Palace down. Thank you for supporting my dream and your patience when I struggled with set backs. I can provide grooming instructions for your new groomer upon request. Thank you again for your support and trust in myself and my mobile grooming business. I will however continue to offer my pet sitting services.

I am announcing the downsizing of my business. The current state of fuel prices and the load on my body has become overwhelming for me to keep up with. I am transitioning into another completely different line of work. I’ll be reaching out to other mobile groomers to try and find a good fit for all my furry clients. UPDATE! The bus will be ready for pick up today! As my schedule was packed before I am having to find spots for the appointments that were missed. Please be patient while I try and get to everyone. The Palace doors are closing for the foreseeable future. Ive had so much fun and learned so much! The expense and stress of keeping it on the road have become too much to bare. I have taken a job at Bark Me Beautiful in Longmont. If you’d like me to continue to groom your pups you may find me there. I’m excited to work under a third NCMG (master groomer) and learn even more about business and grooming in this next chapter of my career. As most of you know even though I have a full list of clientele and an ever busy schedule of pampering dogs, I’ve struggled with keeping the bus on the road. It’s breakdowns are constant and seemingly unending, which have made me question the viability of this business.

This has been my dream, and is rewarding and brings me joy when things are running smoothly. But this has been an issue since the month I began the business and has cost me dearly in maintenance. Because the business is so new I am stuck in a difficult spot and can’t get out of the red.

After consideration I have decided to sell the bus and buy a mobile trailer in hopes that this will stop the hemorrhaging of funds and lost time to maintenance.

Some of you have expressed a desire to help in some way so I’ve decided to set up this fund raiser for those of you whom wish to donate to this purpose.
