Although we are not big winners, I will still celebrate our first conformation CHAMPION!!

CH Did Ya-C That Jaded Blue Moon in Turquoise. Thank you Judge Ms. Kathy L. Wilkins for the win! Jade is now eligible for a spot at Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in 2026. I think that would be a great goal to train for in the meantime. Imagine cattle dogs winning the 150th Annual WKC! A lot to ask, but us girls can dream 😂

BIIIIIIG weekend!!!!!
Jade unofficially is a champion! Waiting on official results and win picture.

Griner showed today and is learning the ropes. The judge was very kind to him. Mama Amy came to the rescue and showed him off like a pro so proud of them!!

Rip and Jade went on to Ultimate Air Dogs dock diving. It was cold but we managed! Rip came away with 3rd in his division at 22 ft. Jade is still trying to figure out confidence on the dock but looooves Fetch-it (air retrieve) pictures to come!

Ruth has found her home!!! Right along side her daughter, Koda! Shes been with her new family for a month and is adjusting wonderfully. It was a bitter sweet goodbye but I know I’ll get to see many adventures of her new life. Thank you Carla and Mark for giving her the best home!

Jade received her second major this weekend with Winners Bitch! And a 5 point major on top of that! So proud of this girl. New show grounds and she handled everything so well. She needs 1 more point for her CH and hoping to get it next weekend. So proud of her!! Thank you judge Mrs. Leslie E. Hiltz for the recognition.

Well it’s a boy. All 3 girls had boys for their first lambing. At least they’re consistent 😅 now I gotta name them! Whatcha think 3 stooges 🤣? Girls are red wine theme and dad is Denali (Native American name).

Christmas time with family and Ultimate Air Dogs regional qualifier all in one weekend! What a fun time. Sarasota treated us (including the dogs) very nicely.

Rip- 3rd overall in Catch-it and 3rd in fetch-it. I was throwing terrible and managed to barely catch 1 out of 2. I debated starting fetch-it (air retrieve) at 15ft but since it was a new dock I stuck with starting at 14, then 15, then 16, and missed 17. So close but that one’s always tricky for him.

Jade- my rising fetch girl! She loves that game!! A new personal best of 12ft! I start her at 10 and just see because she still sometimes hesitates to run down the dock. I almost gave up for 12 ft thinking “oh she won’t get that” Milt said try backing her up more. I don’t give her much dock to run on because she over thinks and stops at the edge. Well this time she barreled down with no hesitation and grabbed 12ft like a pro! So if the pros give you advice you better listen! Thanks Milt!!

Greyson- 9 year old lab with a heart of gold! He loves the water and today was his second time on the dock and first competition. I’m almost confident he made the cut for nationals but still waiting on final scores for everyone.

Pizza from the Pi litter came out on a chilly day to try out dock diving. He said heck the cold water!! We did convince him that the ramp was a fun place to be so it’s a start! Mom and dad travelled from Orlando just for an ice bath 😂 such a handsome boy at 9 months. Such a nice head and bone. He promised to practice swimming and jumping at the lake dock while we wait for warmer weather in the pool.
