**Also as a note, I typically do not allow dogs to climb up on merchandise while training in stores, the only exception being in the garden center since everything is already outside and gets kinda dirty! **

We are CLOSED from October 28th to November 3rd as I will be in CALIFORNIA 🌴

I will still be open to take some virtual lessons through the week but all other services will be closed since I will be on the other side of the country hanging out with these corgi boys!

One of the perks of privacy cling film? RAINBOW DOGS 🌈

While my cling film is up purely for the aesthetics, this is a very common management solution for dogs who like to fixate out the window and are reactive to things passing by! This management might just be the overall solution you need or just a stepping stone in your larger training plan. Either way it can be extremely helpful and give some really pretty decoration in the meantime! 🤗

🐾Day Train Slots Now Available🐾

We officially have openings in our Day Train Program! This program is perfect for both service dogs and pet dogs alike to help support your dogs training while you are at work!

Day Trains are typically one day per week where you drop your dog off with me and we do training throughout the day while they are here! These include around 4 training sessions, neutrality practice around other dogs, playtime (solo or group play depending on dogs), enrichment games, naptime, and plenty of potty breaks and sniffy time throughout the day!

I only take 1-2 Day Train dogs a day to ensure each dog gets as much time and attention as they want/need while also practicing safe separation and solo/alone time!

Little skater corg is ready to rock his Cali adventure 🛹🌴

Being a corgi Cosmo has a tendency to not really like things on wheels, his herding instinct kicks in and he gets a little yelly trying to control their movement. So we work on it! Brought out the new longboard and practiced going back and forth a bit and little man decided he wanted in on the action! So we practiced both paws up and moving the board on his own as well as walking next to me while I (very slowly) rode back and forth

Finally got to meet miss Koivu today after shes gate crashed some of her brother's virtual lessons! 🫶🏻

Koivu is a very sweet service dog in training who started her training with and now that she's up here with her human we got together today to work on some PA skills and getting back into training post spay!

Being a herding breed Koivu has some unique traits that we have to keep in mind while we're working on creating a training plan for her, but she learns so quick and is honestly such a good girl!! ❤️❤️

About Nicole

I am a Small Animal Science graduate from Bristol Agricultural High School, where I graduated the fifth in my class. It was in my high school Small Animal Science classes where I realized that I loved working with dogs, with my Dog Training class taken in my Sophomore year being one of my favorites.

Since graduating in 2017, I was not sure where I wanted to go career wise. After taking a short break from Animal Science related things, I got my own dog, and while working with her training, I realized what it was I wanted to do when I grew up: Be a dog trainer. Not even a year later and I have received a Certificate in Dog Training and Behavior from Catch Canine Trainer’s Academy graduating with an overall average of 94%!

And that is just the beginning! I am hard at work learning more everyday, gaining experience from other trainers and animal professionals, and doing my best to become the best I can be! My next big goal is to earn my CPDT-KA, a highly renowned and high level of certification for professional trainers!

I am beyond excited to be on this adventure, and can’t wait to meet and pet all the dogs along the way!
