Dear current and future clients,
I am temporarily not accepting new clients. I am very grateful and truly appreciate everyone who has referred clients to me.

For my current clients, my schedule is very full this summer. If you are planning a trip and would like to book me, please be aware that I am fully booked for May and June. I do have someone I can recommend from my own 'team' until the end of summer. I would also recommend talking to Linda at South County Pet Sitting and Walking Services.

If you are already booked, no worries you're on my calendar!

July is fully open except the 1st through the 4th. As you can tell I book up quickly, so please reach out as soon as you are thinking of making plans to travel.

August is almost fully booked except for the last week (24th through 31st).

For September I am open the weekend of the 22nd for overnight. I do however have openings for drop ins for Sept. 1st and 2nd and also from 20th through the 30th)

For October, November and December I am only booking previous clients.
Please reach out to me if you would like me to look after your precious paws.

2024 is currently closed until further notice.

So this storm caused some troubles for one of my clients. We both lost power Tuesday and gained it back today. The owner left early Wednesday morning and we were very lucky that this clients parents (or the dogs grandparents) live close by and had power. So this cutie stayed with them so he stayed warm. I did drop ins yesterday for him and brought him back home today to stay with him for the rest of our stay together.
I do my best to be flexible and I always have your pets best interests in my heart and mind even if it means going above and beyond to care for your pet.
Just look at this cutie!!🩵🐾

Oh if I see you in public I will 100% recognize either you're dog first or if you're alone your name may be your "so and sos" parent🤣
Just think how much your animal means to me then😅🤣

Pet sitters/dog walkers, have you ever had this happen...when you don't recognize your (human) client in public—but then you see their dog and know exactly who they are? ✋

The horses at Blue Rider Stables (my other job) had so much fun in the snow storm! I hope everyone and their pets stayed safe and warm in the storm.

Here at PSI, we always say that pet sitting isn’t for the faint of heart—and it goes beyond “just a job” or even a career…it really is a lifestyle!

Being a professional pet-sitting or dog-walking business owner is more than dog walks and cat cuddles.

👉Ask any professional pet sitter who has missed holidays with their families, extended pet-sitting visits to ensure an ailing pet was comforted or felt the loss of a client’s pet passing.

👉Or better yet, ask one of the hundreds of thousands of pet parents who benefit from the services of professional pet sitters and dog walkers every year.

👉Ask the pet owner who was alerted by his professional pet sitter that his dog’s behavior was unusual and recommended an emergency vet visit—saving the dog from dying from canine bloat.

👉Ask the pet parent who was able to call her pet sitter at 2 a.m. when she learns that her mother—on the other side of the country—has been admitted to the hospital in critical condition and is able to secure pet care as she rushes to the airport.

👉Ask the family whose professional pet sitter has graciously agreed to sit with them as their 15-year-old cat with late-stage chronic renal failure has to be euthanized.

Spend a day with a pro pet sitter or dog walker and you’ll know what those of us at PSI know without question:
